RUN Studios has a part-time opportunity for a technically savvy, solution-oriented individual. We are seeking a driven Teleconference Operator to support our client, a leader in the streaming industry located in the Redmond area.
Video calls have become an integral part of our connection to the world, and you will be front and center in making those connections. Working with the larger production team you will welcome guests and help ensure they are production ready. You will also ensure proper settings are applied to the devices making those connections to ensure a smooth production.
The work will be on an as-needed basis, hours will fluctuate based on project needs. Must be available to work on site in Redmond, WA.
As a Teleconference Operator, You Will
Provide a high level of customer service and timely response to requests and projects
Set up and test the teleconference machines before production
Possess a proactive and effective system for troubleshooting, resolution or escalation of all systems and tools required for successful delivery of services
Facilitate the teleconference call and, in collaboration with producers, coach the talent on best practices, lighting and framing of cameras
Monitor the call and communicate with talent and control room as needed
As an Applicant, You Bring
Basic knowledge of Windows devices
Ability to adapt to sudden change
Above average description skills
Knowledge of video framing
Bonus if You Have
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Teams
Experience utilizing NDI
Experience with live studio production

Compensation
Pay Range: $40.00 – 45.00 (Hourly) W2
The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
