***For a 2 day event in at a hotel in downtown Kansas City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow and film a crowd during corporate events, capturing key moments and interactions.
- Assist or conduct photo sessions, including setting up and taking posed shots of participants.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure that the visual content aligns with the event's objectives.
- Edit and deliver polished video and photo content promptly after events.
- Maintain and manage camera equipment during shoots.
- Provide creative input and suggestions for enhancing visual content.
Basic Equipment Requirements:
- DSLR or Mirrorless Camera (e.g., Canon EOS, Sony Alpha, Nikon Z) or
- Video Camera with 4K capability (e.g., Sony A7 series, Panasonic GH series)
- Lenses: Wide-angle, portrait, and zoom lenses.
- Stabilization Equipment: Gimbal or tripod.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer/photographer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow a moving crowd.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the team.
- Familiarity with editing software and basic editing skills.
