Job Summary: The combined DSS and *** Viewer Experience (VX, or Customer Support) organization is seeking a Digital Content Writer who will be an exceptional addition to our Self-Ser *** Content & Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating/updating digital content across *** +, *** , and *** + self-ser *** channels to support new product launches and other business initiatives. You'll also work closely with the Digital Content Editor, Producer, and Strategist to optimize existing content so viewers can quickly get the information they need to start streaming. The right person for this role has experience writing web content for a public-facing audience, can juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities, and has deep empathy for anyone who just wants to unwind with some trouble-free TV time.
Responsibilities: - Translate product, feature, and ser *** details into easy-to-understand support content (ranging from long-form articles, headlines, dialogues, and scripts) that engages and empowers our viewers and customer ser *** agents
- Optimize content using SEO principles and internal organizational structure so that it's easy to find
- Keep Help Center articles and other self-ser *** support content accurate and up-to-date, while proactively iterating and making improvements
- Collaborate with the Launch Readiness team, Marketing Managers, and Product Managers to write content for upcoming launches
- Participate in a cross-functional environment with various edit touchpoints
Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of content creation and/or copywriting experience
- Excellent writing skills (impeccable spelling and grammar) and proven track record of writing in different styles and tones
- Proven experience in writing for the web, conversational bot, social, and emerging platforms
- Mobile-first is your mantra and you care about readability and word choice
- Understanding of how SEO principles i *** uence writing and knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Content Management Systems
- Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $58,876 to $78,980 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
This role is considered remote, which means the employee will work remotely on an ongoing basis and will not have an assigned workspace at a Company designated location.
