Job Overview

The primary goal of the Production Manager is to manage WABE Studios productions to ensure compliance with Georgia Film Tax credit rules, during pre-production, production, post-production and audit processes.

Tasks/Responsibilities

PRODUCTION -Collaborate with the Studios Audio and Video production teams to develop production plans and schedules for tax-credit projects -Set up the “production office” for each project and oversee the day-to-day operations/paperwork of the studio and field production units -Handle logistics and coordinate resources, including equipment, locations, and personnel.

-Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers and crew members

-Coordinate onboarding of Production crew payroll with WABE Production Accountant

-Provide required documentation for WABE Production Accountant to create internal cross-company invoices -Collaborate with the WABE Production Accountant to track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accurate cost reporting, during production and audit processes.

.Skills Needed:

· Excellent organization and budgeting skills. Keeping track of a film’s budget and tax credit paperwork is one of the most important jobs a production manager has. · Excellent communication skills. The production manager must communicate and work with producers, the director, studio executives, crew heads as well as local government and authorities.

· Knowledge of film and TV production. The production manager should have a working knowledge of film and TV production beyond their specific job duties as they are required to communicate and coordinate with almost every department on a film set.

· Contacts. Having a working relationship with equipment suppliers and personnel recruiters can help a production manager enormously as they move from job to job. When starting a new production, being able to call on the services of people whose abilities you trust will go a long way in helping you in your pre-production planning.

· Knowledge of laws and regulations. Production managers should be well-versed in health and safety regulations, insurance, basic human resources issues, contracts, and labor law. Working knowledge of paperwork requirements for GA Film Tax credits.

The Accounting Sr. Manager is a key position supporting cash, cash related systems and other corporate functions. The position will be responsible for the day-to-day cash operational accounting, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records, that the books and records of the company are maintained in compliance with US GAAP and company policies. Your Role Accountabilities...

Cash Accounting: You will lead the team on all monthly and quarterly cash accounting tasks ensuring the transactions are recorded timely, completely and accurately. These tasks include, but are not limited to cash accounting, monthly and quarterly close processes, preparation of cash reporting packages, account reconciliations, maintaining compliance with internal controls and performance of the quarterly flux analysis. Your New Role

Your Role Accountabilities

Liaison

Financial Reporting

Oversee the reporting functions responsible for producing timely and accurate financial results for the operating division and reporting segment, including consolidated reporting and variance analysis, and communication of actual to forecast results to finance leadership. Identify trends, significant transactions, and financial performance, as necessary to understand, and communicate, the full business unit financial statements to senior finance leaders.
Facilitate planning and close related activities *** ween the division finance teams and the shared services planning teams in the COE. Ensure timely communication of business and policy changes, and their financial impact, to finance executives. Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis

Oversee the offshore COE team supporting the forecasting, reporting and analysis of retail DTC revenues, and key business KPI's, including externally reported metrics.
Coordinate with other COE functional teams who support the DTC planning processes to ensure the delivery of a complete, accurate and timely forecast to key stakeholders.
Oversee the consolidation and submission of the segment budget, forecasts and supporting deliverables.
Perform meaningful business analysis to provide leadership insights.
Lead the preparation and ongoing development of various other recurring and adhoc reporting and analysis at the segment level. Propose changes to the reporting as appropriate to maintain the relevance of the information presented.

Leadership and Staff Development

Lead a global team of 20 finance professionals by setting the example and proactively fostering the mission and vision of the organization.

We are seeking a creative, self-motivated individual with experience in the Film and Television Rental-House industry. The Warehouse Lead position is a direct leadership role focused on the day-to-day warehouse operations across Set Lighting & Grip and will collaborate with our other Production Services teams including: Transportation, Rental Agents, Production Representatives, Sign Shop, and Billing. This position focuses on the daily organization, logistics, quality assurance, and coaching and mentoring of the warehouse workers of the Assembly Set Lighting and Grip Operation.

We are seeking an industry professional who will be able to provide exceptional customer service, and confidently lead day-to-day Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, be able to operate across departments effectively, and have experience working with Set Lighting & Grip assets while driving quality into our inventory systems.

What You'll Do:

Directly lead a team of warehouse workers to support daily operations
Drive standardization and controls in workflow *** ween rental agents, warehouse floor staff and drivers to maximize efficiency and quality of service
Maintain clean and accurate records of customer check-ins/outs, loss & damage, sub rental receipts and returns, and completed pull lists
Quality assurance of all packages outbound/inbound, including end-to-end processes for equipment damage and reimbursement.
