ROLE DETAILS:
Understand and predict video production scope and budgeting so as to properly

Intercompany

Manages monthly review of Consolidated *** Discovery Intercompany receivables/payables, including distribution of outage report, question unusual activity, investigate large variances and resolution follow-up on previously identified issues

Work in multiple GL systems to report results, including researching and reconciliation of data in various legacy systems

Responsible for understanding and clearing Content Intercompany variances to the appropriate balance sheet account

Establish companywide processes for the recording and reporting of Intercompany activity in multiple systems, including future ledger (SAP S4) and current legacy ledgers (SAP/PeopleSoft/Oracle)

Documentation and education of Intercompany processes across all accounting teams

The Freelance Studio Technician is responsible for performing essential duties on the studio floor during live broadcasts as well as recorded production sessions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares the Studio robotic cameras by targeting them prior to production.

*** Universal is looking for an Automotive Fleet Ser *** Technician to join the Studio Operations team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will support the repairs and maintenance of all on-lot vehicles which includes largely rentable production assets and a small fleet of golf carts. You will also be the primary liaison for an external vendor as needed.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the Manager of Transportation, Transportation Scheduler, and broader Transportation team for billing, outsourcing, and scheduling with production
Support basic maintenance on all related rental and in house transportation equipment (i.e. tire changes/repair, light mechanical work, general vehicle service)
Data entry for repair and maintenance records
Administer check in and check out procedures with the direction from the Manager of Transportation and Transportation Scheduler.
Fleet oversight
Responsible for vehicle and equipment presentation
Responsible for liaising with 3rd party providers for major equipment repairs
Responsible for vehicle diagnostics, and troubleshooting
Golf cart maintenance and repair
Responsible for annual vehicle inspections
