How you'll make an impact:The Coordinator, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) will help shape our customer-focused DEI&B strategy that supports business outcomes, manage key programs aligned with key people initiatives and ensure DEI&B becomes embedded within the fabric of our company. You will be both a strategist and content creator for key deliverables across the business that support and solve complex challenges.
What you'll do:Develop and execute holistic programs and initiatives that align with *** /Pandora's diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategy, engages employees and drives productivity at key points throughout the employee lifecycle while driving the attraction, promotion and retention of underrepresented talent.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Recruiting, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, People & Culture Business Partners, business leaders, and internal community groups (employee resource groups) to effectively incorporate *** /Pandora's DEI&B strategies into our programs and decision making and to promote an inclusive workplace
- Drive leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for the employee experience and support of the recruitment, promotion and retention of underrepresented talent
- Assess gaps and opportunities for improving our n DEI&B efforts, and propose innovative solutions for addressing those gaps
- Promote *** /Pandora internally and externally
- Evaluate, recommend, develop and cultivate external partnerships that align with *** /Pandora's efforts to pipeline and attract talent and enhance the employee experience
- Cultivate partnerships that support the recruitment, promotion and retention of underrepresented talent
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute and elevate *** /Pandora's engagement with key D&B partners
- Communicate across the business and our employees, align stakeholders, and elevate partnerships
- Develop and facilitate training that integrates DEI&B initiatives into business strategies
- I *** uence decision-making related to people practices and HR priorities through compelling data, analysis and recommendations for *** /Pandora's business
- Understand the competitive landscape and innovative trends in the DEI&B space
- Develop and analyze metrics for measuring progress and effectiveness of DEI&B strategies
What you'll need:- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a large and complex organization
- Experience managing and executing on DEI&B strategies and programs
- HR, specifically diversity talent attraction and sourcing, Marketing, Comms/PR experience a plus
- High consciousness of all underrepresented groups including but not limited to gender, racial, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ and Veterans, with strong knowledge of social power dynamics and ways to shift systemic inequities a plus
- Experience developing and managing talent attraction and retention initiatives and programs
- Experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan
- Track record of facilitating enterprise-level initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal, written communications skills exhibited at all levels within an organization
- Skilled in translating external and internal trends into innovative and creative practices
- Skilled at translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders across an organization to deliver against the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategy
- Keen ability to drive change: to transform, align and inspire in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative with a natural orientation towards community building and organizing
- Stellar project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritize
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Familiarity with G Suite, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack a plus
- 5-10% travel as needed to visit office locations and attend conferences/events
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
