Operates, setup Kansa and maintenance
Operates, and maintenance of all ink jet bases, strappers, and conveyors
Operates Ink Jet setup and labeling
Operates, setup SLS and maintenance including Vacuum Pump.
Operates Post it Note machines during production
Organizes BCC software for mailings
Investigates errors, corrects, and reports
Helps organize incoming pre-prints and Post it Notes by dates
Uses forklift truck to unload trucks and get down skids from racks if needed
Attends weekly staff meetings
Alerts Packaging Manager of ser *** or parts for equipment
Make deliveries if needed
Delivers printed material to Bindery at Bulldog Square
Performs daily housekeeping of Packaging areas
Need to cover for team members on vacation or call-ins
Available for Bindery work at Bulldog square
Ability to work on press when needed

Purpose/Description
Prepare and deliver print and digital sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell new advertising programs and to protect and increase existing advertising

Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare advertising campaigns based on client's needs, goals and budget.
Present advertising campaigns to clients on print, online and/or niche products.
Order advertising campaigns in a timely manner.
Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
Meet and/or exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Attend all training sessions and meetings when scheduled.

Knowledge and Skills

Customer & personal ser *** skills with attention to detail.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Written and oral communication skills required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
College degree preferred in advertising sales. High school diploma or equivalent with commensurate experience will be considered.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

General cleaning of work areas, cleaning of our printing plant including restrooms.
Assisting in machine setup including bundle tops for mailing process
Jogging and loading preprints into the machine
Catching bundles off the packaging end of machine
Strapping bundles with Strapper
Stacking strapped bundles onto skids or carts
Delivering finished products to staging areas for delivery or pickup with skid jack
Tagging totes and mail bags with proper tags
Cleanup of skids, bundles, and papers for recycling
