Looking for a Production Assistant to join us for a short corporate interview at a large financial advising company headquarters. You will be completing some small pickups before hand and dropoffs afterwards, and then helping load in and out and on set.

Must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable driving a van.

Wayfair is searching for a production assistant to support all production needs on and off set. Primary duties of the role include assisting with sample receiving/inventory, helping move product on set, marking takes while shooting, assisting the Stylist and Videographer on set, as well as assisting with naming and organizing footage. Punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge of film-industry terminology are greatly preferred. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a keen attention to detail and great listening skills.

Responsibilities
• Stage and prepare products for filming

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Associate Producer (AP) to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be the right hand to the Producer, providing support across all stages of the production process, from pre-production to post-production. You will wear many hats, handling creative and logistical tasks to ensure the smooth running of our projects, and helping to maintain video/brand standards.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with various departments (camera, stylist, talent) to ensure all production elements run together seamlessly
- Manage production timelines, schedules, and production goals on set, and keeping the Producer informed of any potential roadblocks
- Liaise with vendors, talent, and crew members, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration
- Assist on set during filming
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Producer

The Stylist is responsible for working with the Producer, and creative teams to execute the styling direction for PDP Video Pipeline by Product class. Each day, the stylist will oversee the prep and styling of a variety of products, as well as select wardrobe for the talent. The Stylist also assists with sourcing props and wardrobe for purchasing when we need to either expand or refresh our propping, wardrobe, or secondary SKU selection.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prep each product for shooting (wipe down, remove stickers, test functionality)
• Style each SKU with the appropriate props from Wayfair’s prop library, based on established guidelines
• Work with Videographer to determine Talent action for each product
• Maintain a clean and organized prop library
• Assist with bringing products on and off set, as well as assisting with resets between takes
• Manage wardrobe for talent (pulling, organizing, cleaning, and selecting outfits)
• Assist with light hair/makeup touch ups on set when needed (Talent does their own hair/makeup)

Requirements:
• Experience working with both wardrobe, talent, and prop styling
• Ability to assist with the moving of furniture items (chairs, sofas, tables, desks, etc)
• Strong attention to detail
• Works well in a team setting and is great at collaborating
• Experience in video production a plus, but not required

Raw photos only. Not editing.
Generally i like a photographer with 2 full frame bodies. one with a 24-75 with a speed light.
And the other with a 70-200.
This or something similar.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced videographer for ongoing shoots in a freelance capacity. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in 1-3 person teams, including themselves, and have a knack for capturing the essence of real-life stories. You should be familiar with documentary-style formats and have hands-on experience with cinema cameras and communicating with producers and subjects. Interview experience is a plus, as you will help set up and possibly conduct interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our remote team to plan and execute shoots.
• Operate and manage camera equipment, primarily a cinema camera.
• Capture high-quality footage in a documentary style.
• Assist with setting up interviews, including lighting and audio.
• Work efficiently and effectively with a small crew.
• Ensure all footage is backed up and organized at the end of the day.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer, particularly in documentary-style formats as well as advertising.
• Proficiency with cinema cameras
• Comfortable working in small crews (1-3 people).
• Experience setting up and conducting interviews is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Creative, resourceful, and hands-on approach to filmmaking.
• Owning your gear is a significant advantage, let us know what you have

• Experience in brand videos, commercials, and documentary projects.
• Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for detail.
