Creative Film Services is responsible for the post production and finishing of all creative audiovisual marketing materials for theatrically released live-action and animated films. We are a bridge *** ween the Creative Advertising team and Feature Post. We also serve as a post production / finishing conduit through which many departments/divisions within the company come for assistance to finish their materials, obtain elements and facilitate legal clearance. These special relationships are crucial to ensure that all materials seen by the public and high-level executives meet the highest standards in audio and visual quality.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with VP and team to manage post production on all A/V Marketing materials
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all *** + and 20th Century campaigns, for internal department leads, cross-line of business partners, including Franchise, Cinema Partnerships, and Corporate PR; key representative and conduit to the marketing department for all Creative AV planning initiatives
- Identify and track VFX
- Oversee dialogue, book talent, direct ADR, liaise with feature sound design team
- Oversee and disseminate finishing preps for pictures, graphics, and audio elements
- Liaise with TV finishing agency and TV *** agency
- Oversee finishing - mix, conform, and color of all featurettes, sizzles, and online creative content
- Manage finishing deliverables on all theatrical trailers
- Track theatrical finishing invoices and budgets
- Enforce security protocols, maintaining security of all materials, including ensuring digital fingerprinting of all trailers through Content Security
- Oversee quality control for trade shows and conventions, solving any on-site problems, including setting technical, sound & picture quality and color standards
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of audiovisual post production / finishing experience required, preferably in marketing, managing multiple complex projects in a high-speed creative and technical environment
- Experience interfacing with high-level executives and filmmakers.

- Candidate must be extremely organized and have a great eye for detail. Great follow-up is a must.

- Able to juggle many different projects in various degrees of completion at the same time.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Knowledge of all digital formats relating to picture and audio production
- Knowledge of all elements required for TV and Theatrical finishing
- Familiarity with music cue sheets and music clearance
- Familiarity with music and sound design libraries
- Familiarity with the concepts of intellectual property and copyright
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree minimum. Preferably a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television, or a related field.
The hiring range for this position is $86,768.85 to $112,289.10 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
