Your impact:

The Enthusiast Group is searching for an ambitious and creative Photo Director to join our team. This person will develop and execute the visual style for the brand's photography content according to brand standards and manage a team of photo editors and photographers. Candidates should have extensive experience managing and facilitating photoshoots from start to finish. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. They will also bring both creative and technical expertise to all projects they work on. This position reports into our Creative Director.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the brand's visual styles.

• Work with producers and the Creative Director to determine aesthetic for shoots, ensuring creative vision is executed.

• Edit photos, both commissioned and stock.

• Collaborate with the art and all departments to conceptualize creative for shoot concepts.

• Research and develop new talent and current trends.

• Manage a team of photo editors and photographers.

Technical Requirements:

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Proficient understanding of studio photography needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Art/Photography

• 5+ years of experience in photography production and management

*** 's Enthusiast Group ( Runner's World, Bicycling , Popular Mechanics , Biography , and Best Products ) is looking for a dynamic multi *** editor to produce highly engaging motion and audio content that lives across various platforms of the Enthusiast brands. The multi *** editor will generate and distribute content that supports the group's membership, affiliate, and licensing goals, and makes an impact within and beyond our endemic communities.

Working with the guidance and supervision of the Deputy Editor of Social *** and other senior editorial staff, including the directors of Service, Product, and Test content, the multi *** editor will spearhead the creation of succinct and compelling video clips that not only enhance the authenticity and credibility of our expert gear reviews and hands-on test stories, but also generate revenue through accolades and licensing opportunities with external brands.

You'll also develop captivating audio content, especially video podcasts that showcase the real-life experiences of our brands' members, editors, and other experts. This content will primarily focus on the benefits of our tentpole service-based programs, such as interactive training courses, aiming to provide additional value for our existing members, as well as transform new users into paid members.

• Film editors and testers using and demonstrating products-everything from running shoes to chainsaws-with precision, ensuring that each demonstration is informative, visually appealing, and reflects our editorial standards

The Features Editor will combine the craft of storytelling with sound journalism principles to pitch, assign, and edit-or occasionally write-stories that range from deeply reported narratives to fast-turn features to thoroughly informative packages. Using a data-first mindset, you will discover and develop features that meet established success metrics and impact our readers.

What You'll Bring:

  The base salary for this role if hired in Easton is *** ween $62,310 and $69,000. If hired in NY, the range is *** ween $67,000 and $69,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The Internship Program

The *** Magazines Summer Internship Program is a paid, full time 11-week program for undergraduate rising Juniors & Seniors. From June 3 - August 16, 2024, our interns will gain an immersive, hands-on experience with one of the top publishers in the world.

In addition to working with their assigned team on important projects, interns will gain access to *** 's diverse professional network by participating in intimate learning sessions and join fun peer networking activities throughout the summer. Program participants will also leverage *** 's resources to work on and present a group project to senior leaders at the conclusion of the program.
