The Production Coordinator (or Field Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and remotely.

For this event, the Production Coordinator will operate a 3-input switcher with scoreboard, graphic overlays, and video ads. Equipment may need to be shipped to your home address. Gear walkthrough and test may be required prior to game day.

Why: $200 for 4 hours onsite

Responsibilities:
- Transport gear to and from venue.
- Prep the event site by staging or setting up elevated filming equipment (scaffolding, ladders, camera towers), canopies, banners, etc.
- Assist in coordinating the crew's arrival at venue.
- Set up filming and streaming equipment.
- Meet with crew to discuss responsibilities and schedule.
- Monitor and maintain power on all gear throughout production.
- Operate 3-input switcher.
- Relay feedback on camera work from video controller to camera operators.
- Break down equipment at the end of the day.
- Back up all recorded files on external hard drive. Must provide your own laptop or desktop to copy files from SD card to hard drive.

Qualifications:
- Experience with sports media
- Experience with live events
- Experience managing crews
- Must have transportation to athletic facility
- Capable of all day, outdoor activity

Looking for local freelancers with sports videography experience to shoot the National Girls Lacrosse League Championships in Fuquay-Varina, NC on May 28th.

We will be livestreaming on 2 fields with 2 cameras per field. Camera ops will be stationed at the midline and film wide game film for each game. Camera + Gear will be provided by company. Camera ops will be stationed in either bleachers of venue, on a ladder or stationed on top of the press box depending on the location.

There will be a field manager/Technical Director on site who will set up the equipment and will be advising the games throughout the day.

This event will have a call time of 10:00am and should be finished by 2:00pm resulting in a 4 hour day. Our rate for a half day (5 hours or less) is $100/day.
