Job Summary/Description:

**** is looking for the next leader of our Production Department. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Technical *** Producer (TMP) staff. This position ensures the team effectively executes directing live or pre-recorded productions, monitoring ****'s on-air signals, transmitter, FCC obligations, and ingesting daily programming and commercials. Regular assignments involve directing newscasts, running master control, and studio upkeep.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Scheduling, supervising, and training Technical *** Producer (TMP/director) staff. This includes regular newscast reviews with our directors to strengthen their abilities with the ultimate goal of directing creative and error-free newscasts
- Working with the news department to produce high-quality newscasts
- Maintain our new state-of-the-art studio (prop and cable organization; cleanliness, etc.)
- Ingesting shows and commercials for playback; monitoring shows and commercials for all networks
- Overdrive operation; coding and playing of live local newscasts for *** , *** , and *** news affiliates
- Keep appropriate records to maintain station FCC compliance
- Ability to monitor logs
- Operation of Edius / Adobe Premiere editing software

Qualification/Requirements:

- Live newscast directing experience; MCC experience; ingesting show and commercial material
- Great communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of AP ENPS, Ross Overdrive, Vision, Crispin, Harris Automation, VizRT Graphics and VizTicker
- Thorough knowledge of Windows-based computer systems. Additional IT knowledge or experience a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- This is a department head position. Must be passionate about leading, training, and growing our production team - Must work well with other station leaders

Job Summary/Description:

**** has an im *** te opening for an Account Executive to work with local businesses and help them grow through the use of effective research, marketing, and advertising on our broadcast networks ( *** , *** , *** , and MeTV) and our full suite of digital marketing products.

The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with local businesses, diagnosing their needs, and developing marketing solutions using broadcast and digital tools. This position includes lead generation, customer needs analysis, creation of proposals, and presentation of solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities would include (but not limited to):

- Growing your list in the form of new business. We are extremely focused on generating new, local, direct business!
- Maintain a list of ongoing accounts
- Researching ideas for both new and existing accounts
- Building dynamic presentations customized to grow your client's business

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales experience, OR a background or education in Business (preferred)
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Ability to use creativity to solve problems
- Ability to develop campaigns and motivate others
- A real desire to understand your clients and their businesses
- A thirst for ongoing learning: advertising, marketing, television, digital
- Must be good at networking and comfortable speaking with our advertisers and potential advertisers
- Some experience selling digital products/strategies including audience targeting, social *** , SEO, and OTT (preferred)
- Knowledge of presentation software, i.e. MS Office products
- A positive, team-oriented, energetic, attitude
- Must meet the *** Television driving requirements and have a valid driver's license
