Job Summary/Description:
****-TV is looking for a dynamic digital content producer/meteorologist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a journalist/meteorologist who creates news and weather content across all digital platforms, including our new 24/7 streaming weather channel. You will also provide on-air backup for our weather department on all broadcast channels.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Write and post content, including news stories, videos, and pictures, across all **** digital
and social platforms.
- Promote content on social *** through engaging posts.
- Monitor news sources to develop news content.
- Provide support to television producers.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering accurate and reliable weather reports across multiple
platforms.
- Prepare and deliver urgent weather updates, interrupting regular programming as necessary.
- Fill in on main newscasts when needed.
- Report live from events and make public appearances and volunteer in community projects on.
behalf of station as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, meteorology, or related field.
- Knowledgeable with WSI MAX is a plus.
- NWA and/or CBM seal preferred.
- Strong editorial skills.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment with a desire to win.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
