This Academy begins with a virtual introductory bootcamp where participants will gain insight into the *** business as well as skills that will equip them to succeed in the Content for Change Academy. Trainees will then be placed in a 6-month full-time placement within areas spanning across Pre-Production, Production, Post Production and Marketing. Trainees will receive one on one mentorship as well as access to an online resource library for career development.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate from a *** -related training program (such as Reel Works, BRIC Foundation, California Department of Education etc.), a graduate of a 2-year program or equivalent work experience
- Proper work authorization to be employed within the United States for full length of the program (October-April)
- Current NYC or LA resident or lives within commuting distance of one of the cities
- Must have a flexible schedule to participate in up to 40 hours of training during the one week Bootcamp
- Must be available to commit to the program timeline and participate in the program full time
- Must be 18 years or older by October 2024

- Familiarity with Photoshop, AVID, and After Effects is a big plus
- Comfortable working with Google Docs, Sheets, MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook
