Sinclair Digital Group is looking for an experienced "Automotive Onboarding
Specialist" - with expertise in the onboarding, campaign setup and management of new digital advertising campaigns for auto dealerships. The person in this position will become an integral part of our company-wide sales initiative focused on the tier 3 auto business. We are looking for a strategic communicator with a proven record of understanding digital *** and category automotive knowledge. This person will help to build, manage and facilitate the onboarding process for new dealer business in this highly competitive vertical. The winning candidate will quickly gain expertise into internal systems, processes, workflows and business operations software and systems. They will proactively monitor new Sinclair campaigns/partnerships and communicate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the onboarding and creation of new business has been successfully built from sales order ticket intake, to final platform training, this person will manage the onboarding/ set up of all new campaigns from start to finish. They will also work in tandem with our field sales and support teams to fulfill responsibilities within the role. Creating solid partnerships with dealer, vendor and Sinclair station personnel will be keys to success. If you're an industry leader, we're interested in talking to you.
Specific Duties include:
- Maintain consistent presence providing constant communication with field sales team, dealers, and partner vendors to ensure onboarding campaign elements are being met and implemented as necessary
- Act as a main point of contact and campaign lead in the onboarding process. Working with team colleagues to meet essential onboarding stages, and facilitate ticketing process throughout onboarding workflow; including, content audit, billing, co-op, and creative design, as well as vendor external workflow
- Proactively audit and engage local sales teams, and partners on platform issues, and facilitate ticketing process
- Conduct daily & weekly onboarding updates while communicating with stations, partners and dealer partners of status updates in set up process.
- Work closely with Operations management and corporate staff to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales and operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Familiar with auto dealership landscape, dealer technical lingo and systems processes and procedures
- Demonstrated success in proactively managing setup or onboarding digital campaigns in an operations work environment
- Extremely Detailed and Process oriented
- Confident communicator using strategic proactive thinking to identify chokepoints or bottlenecks in the onboarding process, and communicate next steps effectively in getting the campaign moving forward
- Experience working in a digital *** or marketing agency environment, automotive landscape ideal
- Creative and entrepreneurial thinker, we need you to take the lead, and manage the project from point A to Z
- Strength in running multiple onboarding campaigns and strategic projects concurrently
- Extreme attention to detail, impeccable communication skills, and comfort with data driven story telling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in traditional and/or digital *** sales
- Experience working with technical setup, onboarding, or project management preferred
- Automotive Dealer knowledge ideal, but not required if other elements are met
