• Pick replenishment for Full Case using Order Selector
• Put return product back to stock using Order Selector
• Use RF de *** to locate product and to confirm task
• Pick labels
• Meet SOP Labor Management EP, daily

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Experience operating Order Selector
• Ability to operate RF Scanner
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Attention to detail
• Good math skills
• Ability to abide by all Company Standards
• Ability to abide by all safety rules, policies and procedures

SUMMARY:
The Senior Maintenance Mechanic repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems/belts and production equipment to support warehouse operations.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Observes mechanical parts in operation (conveyor/belts) locate causes of trouble
• Adjusts/repairs functional parts and control instruments
• Repairs and/or replaces defective parts including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
• Lubricates and cleans parts
• Tests performance of conveyor/belts to assure proper performance
• Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts
• Installation of equipment (electrical, mechanical)
• Maintains OSHA compliance on all warehouse operations and machinery

The senior specialist's primary responsibilities include analyzing data and trends as it relates to operational processes and workflow, and will help to define requirements, gather data, and analyze information for high-level research and reporting to be used for leadership's business strategy analysis. Works with departments to define key processes and coordinates with team to implement an application for departments to *** ter manage processes.

DUTIES:

• Manage the successful delivery of operational business integration efforts, leveraging program management fundamentals including planning, tracking and achieving integration engagement milestones as well as risk mitigation
• Utilize independent thinking and decision-making in working directly with operations management and departmental team members to define the scope and objectives and planning of key strategic initiatives
• Manage all phases of strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of objectives, timelines, key milestones and deliverables, and overall success
• Manage overall initiative implementation, timeline, key milestones, and resources.
• Provide ad hoc reporting on data analysis and research, to promote operational efficiencies
• Utilize data mining of MS Access databases for reporting and analysis
• Act as the liaison *** ween executive management and senior operations

• Assist with special projects as required
• Maintain capacity reporting of warehouse locations, and other reporting needs
• Administer weekly and monthly reports to upper management
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates or Bachelors' Degree preferred; or high-level/relevant experience in a fast-paced operations environment
• 1-2+ years' experience in Operations/Warehouse/or Distribution setting preferred; preferably with progressive/advanced work experience in operations analytics and workflow
• Strong analytical skills and data focused
• A self-starter who is proactive and focused on the task at hand
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Must be "hands on" and must be a strong partner to management operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, MS Access)
• Ability to learn various systems (WMS, UOPS, SAP)
• Ability to follow instructions
• Detail oriented person with the ability to apply reasonability checks in validating the work
• Ability to meet deadlines and schedules
• Must be flexible to accommodate business needs
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and peers
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
