OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY *** TV Stations
*** Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the *** Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the *** Network's national content.
JOB DESCRIPTION ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work closely with the Digital Sales Manager to achieve budgeted revenue goals and engage new advertisers.
- Source new sales opportunities through a combination of identifying and researching potential accounts and soliciting new business via outbound communication as well as inbound lead follow-up.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified clients for the FLX ( *** Local Extension) OTT Platform.
- Maintain a consistent presence in the market, by presenting FLX in-person or via Zoom to clients and prospects.
- Stay up to date on competitive OTT platforms and latest industry trends.
- Act as Digital consultant-you are not only a FLX product expert, but an extension of your clientele's marketing team.
- Steward client campaigns and work on a variety of weekly and monthly reports to develop impactful post campaign recaps and provide recommendations to further optimize client campaigns.
- Maintain a positive and effective working relationship with Ad-ops, creative services, and finance departments.
REQUIREMENT:- Must have digital sales or marketing experience and be self-motivated to succeed.
- You have managed a book of business and understand how to plan/organize your day to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You thrive in a metrics and results-driven sales culture, you are comfortable presenting data.
- Strong written/oral communications, presentations and account management skills required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic is a plus.
- Digital Video Advertising and/or Digital Agency/Digital Publisher experience preferred.
- Established OTT/Digital relationships and capable of making an im *** te impact.Varied hours, weekends, holidays, and local/national travel is required. Must have or be willing to obtain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years of successful experience in the digital *** industry; Digital Video Advertising and/or Digital Agency/Digital Publisher experience. Broadcast and digital sales experience.
PREFERRED: Existing relationships with senior level client or agency decision
makers. Digital Agency relationships.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:Regularly stand; walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $90,000.00-100,000.00 annually for California, Washington, New York City and Westchester County, NY. $75,000.00-83,300.00 annually for Colorado. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive/commission compensation plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
