The Job
Monolith Productions is currently looking for a talented Content Director to join our Wonder Woman team and help us expand the content experience of our world. As the Content Director, you will direct the creation of all relevant design content while ensuring that it reflects the project's design vision and fully explores the potential of all game mechanics and systems. In this role you will be expected to possess great leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate both the teams you work with directly and the project team as a whole.
The Daily
- Work very closely with and provide direction for all game content teams, including Missions, Sandbox Content, World Design, Narrative Design, and Boss Encounters
- Oversee the design quality for all game content in Wonder Woman
- Review and give actionable feedback on all game content through the various stages of iteration
- Create and maintain an inclusive, collaborative, and healthy culture
- Refine processes and improve collaboration *** ween the content design teams and other departments
- 8+ years of AAA game experience as a content designer, with at least 3 of those in a content lead or content director role
- Experience evaluating game design content
- Strong understanding of how to craft a good game experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong documentation skills, including pitching, design proposals, and game design documents
- Experience working in the superhero genre
- Passion for the Wonder Woman IP
- Passion for designing interconnected content across open world games

The Legal Bits...
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $96,600.00 - $179,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, *** Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
