Your New Role...The People and Culture ("P&C") Services GBS Leader will hold a key leadership position within the WBD organization. The role is responsible for developing and leading the WBD P&C Services GBS organization which supports our global P&C functional leaders and provides services to our 40,000+ Employees.
The primary goal for this leader is to build and operate the P&C Services organization across our global and regional centers in the US, Europe, APAC, and Latin America to deliver best in class operations to our stakeholders. This role has responsibility for day-to-day leadership of the centers and is accountable for all aspects of performance including ownership of strategy for optimizing services and creating efficiencies.
The role requires a proven and dynamic Global P&C leader with customer ser *** focus, cost improvement focus, process improvement mindset, innovation mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills who is ready to partner with senior executives across the organization.
Your Role Accountabilities...- Lead the day-to-day operations of all assigned process areas across the employee life cycle including global payroll
- Responsible for ensuring a high standard of delivery to meet SLA's/KPI's and providing an exceptional employee experience
- Oversight for roadmap of HR systems, tools and technology platforms to enable seamless ser *** delivery and data integrity including the HRIS System (Workday)
- Lead relationships with P&C stakeholders globally as well as provide updates to GBS leadership team and other business stakeholders as appropriate
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with 3rd party vendors/partners
- Ensure processes achieve full compliance with policy and control environment including data privacy and SOX
- Champion a positive employee experience by continuously enhancing P&C services by addressing feedback and concerns
- Develop and implement self-ser *** capabilities to empower employees and managers to access P&C information and services in a self-ser *** model
- People management/ leadership of team including succession planning, coaching, developing talent and creating a strong employee culture
- Drive continuous improvements and ser *** delivery excellence opportunities, foster a culture of innovation within the team
- Establish and maintain relationship and governance process with WBD leadership to ensure alignment on the catalog of services available, SLAs, KPIs, customer satisfaction, productivity enhancements and other strategic issues in partnership with GBS Strategy & Transformation and Governance & Customer Experience teams
Qualifications & Experience...- 15+ years Human Resources experience, with 5+ years of Shared Services/Delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources) required
- MBA preferred
- Experience leading Human Resources functions
- Strategic leadership experience in managing Operations in a multinational environment preferably with a mix of captive and third-party providers
- Exhibits strong relationship/negotiation orientation with senior level business partners globally
- Experience with Process management/improvements and re-engineering
- Experience in or exposure to Change Management/ Program management/ Solutioning at a global level
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision
- Exhibits solid time management skills and works to meet or exceed all deadlines
- Exhibits appropriate sense of urgency in managing responsibilities
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks and to understand the urgency of specific requirements

- Ability and experience leading and working with teams (direct and indirect, internal and external relationships) and on- and off-shore third parties to execute on business strategy while meeting multiple stakeholder needs
- Exceptional communication skills, effective with a variety of audiences. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely and to i *** uence and negotiate critical, significant contracts on behalf of the organization. Persuasive and persistent to drive change and overcome normal organizational resistance while providing hands-on leadership to the organization
