The Director/TD's job is to switch video sources, perform live digital effects and transitions, and insert pre-recorded material, graphics and titles while communicating to the camera operators which shots they will be putting on the air.

Uses the camera as instructed by the Director. They ensure the required action is correctly captured in the frame and must react instinctively as the proceedings take place. The camera operator also helps establish the theme and appearance of the show. Must have reliable transportation.

Assist A1 with audio layout on setup day and the facilitation of organizations on field during live day. Primary liaison between FloMarching A1 and audio personnel for bands on field during event, may be required to relocate spot microphones and connect direct channels into outside audio systems. Assists FloMarching Production when A1 needs are met. Must have reliable transportation.

Primary audio engineer, responsible for setting up and live mixing of microphones and direct feeds for FloMarching live streams. Must meet FloMarching guidelines on setup day to ensure the highest quality audio. Works with A2 (PA) on live day to ensure full coverage of audio systems from every organization. A1 needs to have experience with Allen & Heath SQ-5 mixer, wireless audio integration, and be familiar with FloCaster. Must have reliable transportation.

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and good driving record are required.
