A live daily news show is in search of a Xpression Operator for 9/10, 9/17. 9/24, 10/3 and then subsequently to be added to the weekly/monthly coverage rotation. Should also be available for 2 training dates prior to shift dates listed above.

Able to work in a live show environment as well as taped segments.


Responsibilities:
- Execution of original and template driven on-air graphics
- Work with Coordinators, Directors, and Line Producers on assembly of playlists and playout of elements
- Manipulating data and updating information in real time
- Working with Technical Directors and Engineers to help troubleshoot any problems that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven CG software experience in Ross Xpression
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Broadcast control rooms or trucks during live events as a graphic operator
- Ability to create and QC assets quickly and efficiently
- Solid understanding of image file formats and resolution sizes
- Attention to detail for on-screen cues, timing and editorial requests
- Solid work ethic and accountability for high quality of work and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary
- Experience working with any broadcast production system (ENPS, INEWS, Ross Inception News)

I'm looking for someone with a quality 4k drone that can film some aerial footage in Manhattan for a 9/11 documentary we're doing.

This would be for one day, the film date is flexible, and it's a non-union lower budget job.

Seeking a Field Producer based anywhere in the US for a small independent documentary following Southeast Asians in American politics. Travel costs are covered, travel is involved to a few different states.
Schedule is sporadic, over the course Sept-Nov 2024, leading up to the election. Approx 10-15 shoot days.

MUST have field experience working on a verite documentary or documentary series, must be a pro-active, team player!

Hi Applicants,

We are looking for an AE who has major experience in conform and onlining with Premiere into Resolve. We are almost at Picture Lock and this position would be completely free of dealing with editors and everyday normal AE task. Would be just a focus on onlining for color and mix. Will be some possible weekend work.

Pay is weekly and rate based on experience.

Basically, this is a 5-page short film for an NYU certificate course with a small cast and crew. Our DP is shooting on an iPhone 15 in 4K.

FYI on the budget - I am a SAG-AFTRA actor and I am paying for this out of pocket, we're on the SAG Micro Budget Agreement and while that has no minimums, I am paying the actors $16/hr. I know everyone deserves better pay, I'm just doing the best I can with what I've got. I am happy to recommend people I've worked with before when I hear of other jobs.

Our DP has a mixer Tascam DR-60DmkII with 2 lavs and a Rode Mic as basic shotgun. He was thinking he could do it himself but is a little concerned about troubleshooting and making sure we're not losing sound while wearing too many hats.

We need someone familiar enough with this and sound to handle sound recording on set, or if you have your own equipment and are interested we can discuss that as well. I don't have a lot of room on the budget but can't hurt to discuss.

I would also be open to a recent grad who knows sound and is trying to build up list of credits. I am basically looking for a nice person who wants to do this and is confident in their skills for this role.

You would be needed a full day on Saturday, Sept 7. I'm still confirming but we will most likely start around 11:30am in Manhattan at a event space for a bar scene until 4pm, then will company move (via Uber I pay for) to Brooklyn to film in an unfinished basement and an alley until hopefully no later than 9pm but again, I haven't nailed down the schedule yet.

In addition to flat rate of pay (which I can venmo/paypal at the end of the shoot) I will provide coffee, snacks and dinner for cast and crew.

Looking for an art director for a non-union feature film in NY. Period piece! $1500/week

Looking for a prop master / prop stylist available for a shoot happening between 8/16 and 8/18! Stylist must also have some availability during the week of 8/26 to assist our creative team with creating moodboards to be approved by our client. We'll provide additional details on creative direction at the start of that week.

The budget for props will be $800 at maximum, and we'll work with you to determine the specific needs for our location once it's secured. That location will be a house either in New York or North Jersey, and the stylist must be able to transport themselves to said location.

We're looking for a photographer to shoot stills of guests at a film screening party, and we hope we've set this person up to easily make them lovely/artful because the event will be at a ROOFTOP photography studio in Chelsea during GOLDEN HOUR. 7pm to 9pm is the main event.

The event is a party for a 5 min. short film that will play on loop so the whole thing is really just a fun Instagram photo-opp for our friends and co-workers.
