We are seeking a talented and passionate Director of Photography for a short film set on a beautiful horse farm upstate. This low-budget production will be filmed, mostly under available light conditions, requiring the DP to have a strong understanding of natural lighting techniques. The ideal candidate should have experience in location filming and should be comfortable around horses.

This is a coming of age story of two freshman high school girls. The story follows the challenges they face in finding themselves, and acceptance, in this day and age.

Our lead actress is one of the main characters in ARE YOU THERE GOD? IT’S ME, MARGARET. And is an avid competitive horse rider.

Production team and lead actors are are all experienced professionals.

Looking for:
- Proven experience as a Director of Photography in short films or similar projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in available light shooting and location filming
- Reel showing actors in scenes with dialogue (not presentation to camera)
- A comfort being around, and working around horses

Currently production has a Sony FS7 kit but we are open to, and in the process of trying to acquire a higher end camera.

This is a low-budget production, and the compensation will be commensurate with the project's financial constraints. If you have previous experience filming in upstate locations, please let us know!

Skills and Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in a social-media or digital-production role with a focus on content creation
Previous brand/publisher TikTok experience
Proficiency with Premiere and other Adobe editing tools
Motion graphics and/or illustration experience a plus.
Experience in home design, travel and health content a plus, but not essential
Deep understanding of the social media landscape
A willingness to experiment with best practices to find new and more effective tools for audience discovery and engagement

Long running production company is seeking a Production Manager to help lead their new reality series filming in NYC. The applicant should have extensive experience in reality television, with the ability to organize and maintain multi team shoots. The candidate should be well organized, forward thinking, communicative, efficient, great at problem solving, able to work well with a team, and has a positive attitude. They should have a mastery of schedules, call sheets, expense reports, cost tracking, onboarding, releases, the ability to coordinate and speak with vendors, and a good attention to detail in terms of paperwork.

Ideally the candidate would begin this Monday, June 12th or close to it. The show should run through early to late October, with a couple of dark weeks in between. The schedule is currently a mix of weekdays and weekends.

We are in need of a talented Assistant Editor to come in and pull selects from a series of zoom interviews. There will be approximately 10 hour-long interviews to go through, so we're looking for someone efficient and experienced in combing through large amounts of interview footage for standout sound bites.

Food Network show seeking a production coordinator to join our team. This position is specifically for remote planning one day shoots in various states and keeping communication going between producers, to production, to post. This is a great gig for someone looking to expand on their skill sets and coordinate fun food based shoots.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with producers to discuss talent, objectives, and potential locations they would like to film at.
- Using those notes to build a schedule grouping shoots by city to consolidate shoots
- Obtaining location releases from the restaurant owner/talent prior to filming
- Maintain documents on shared drives to keep production up to date
- Hiring local DP audio and PA
- Overseeing media shipment, and clearly communicating with post when footage is arriving
- Keeping producers, production and post all informed of the schedule as it changes
- Reconciling credit card statements and petty cash for your team
- Sending out call sheets
