Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
The Production Assistant (PA) assists the Lead Producer of the event with a variety of tasks.
Production Assistant (PA) responsibilities include:
With a professional attitude, handles a variety of tasks including but not limited to: lead producer requests, production set up and strike, running and taping cables, generalized computer work, and runs to assist the production.
Experience working live sports events, reality TV, or documentaries preferred
General knowledge of sports preferred
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record required

The Director's job is to switch video sources, perform live digital effects and transitions, and insert pre-recorded material, graphics and titles while communicating to the camera operators which shots they will be putting on the air.
The Technical Director/Director must be experienced in preparing and switching various video elements during live event productions. Work is expected to meet FloSports quality standards and will be executed in a fast-paced, live production environment.
Technical Director/Director responsibilities include:
Prepares and switches video sources at a high level
Performs live digital effects and transitions
Inserts pre-records, graphics, and title slates
Strong communication skills in camera operations calling
Proficient with Blackmagic ATEM and VMIX switching software

Replay operator cues and prepares video inserts into a program (New Tech 3 Play, Envivo). They are also responsible for instant action replays and quick editing of highlights for live output. Should have a detailed eye for sports to create playlists and melts that a producer can use in a show. Must have reliable transportation.
The Replay Operator (RO) implements replays, highlights, and inserts into live production.
Replay Operator (RO) responsibilities include:
Efficiently cues and prepares instant action replays, highlights, and video inserts into live event production
Creates optimal playlists and melts for utilization during broadcasts and post production
Experience with sports production a plus
Reliable transportation required

Uses the camera as instructed by the Director. They ensure the required action is correctly captured in the frame and must react instinctively as the proceedings take place. The camera operator also helps establish the theme and appearance of the show. Must have reliable transportation.
The Camera Operator must be experienced in camera operations in fast-paced, live conditions. Sports production knowledge is a plus.
Camera Operator responsibilities include:
Knowledge of Panasonic and Sony Prosumer Cameras
Strong camera operating skills with the ability to execute shots quickly
Understands broadcasting methodology in establishing themes and appearances of shows
Reliable transportation required
