How you'll make an impact:
*** is seeking a Senior Director to lead our efforts around Events and Promotion Merchandising. This role will focus on how we increase engagement, trials and acquisition through maximizing our rich talent, events and promotions within our *** streaming service. Collaborating across multiple channels, client platforms, and in close partnership with our programming, marketing, business analytics, commerce platform, and other teams across *** to optimize our differentiation of "liveness" in the market and establish a compelling brand promise for our existing and new subscribers.
What you'll do:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a long-term growth strategy and vision for all events and promotion experiences on our platforms.
• Take full ownership of your team's products and the strategy to continually optimize engagement, trialers and acquisitions
• Develop a deep understanding of *** 's business and the key metrics that i *** uence marketplace performance
• Establish the team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap in line with the overall mission of ***
• Use data analysis to maximize the impact of your initiatives
• Identify new opportunities for growth and establish partnerships with other teams within *** that contribute to effective user lifecycle management.
• Set the key priorities and programs required to meet our annual budget plan.
• Cultivate strong alignment with cross-functional partners including social, marketing, business development, business partnerships, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Work closely with our marketing partners across multiple channels to determine the best routes to add new subscribers.
• Monitor closely the behaviors of endemic and non-endemic competitors to continually optimize KPI and goals
• Collaborate with our business stakeholders to run experiments: test, implement and measure new capabilities
• Partner and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, scientists and others to deliver on key roadmap priorities
• Effectively communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to a diverse range of stakeholders, including partner teams and executives
• Champion product improvements and always put the end users at the center of all brainstorming and planning processes
• Lead, build, and inspire a team of goal oriented product managers and enable them to be high performing and world class partners with all of their stakeholders throughout the *** organization
• Develop and foster an inclusive culture for all of our team members
What you'll need:
• 10+ years of product management experience in a rapidly growing consumer tech company
• 5+ years of team leadership experience supervising at least 3 direct reports
• Confidence leading digital transformation and organizational change in a highly matrixed organization
• Experience developing innovative product concepts to drive engagement user growth.
• Track record of driving measurable results
• Experience in leading product or growth teams specifically for consumer mobile app subscriptions.
• Proven history of successfully launching data-driven consumer products
• Experience in defining metrics and using A/B testing and qualitative feedback to make informed product and strategic decisions.
• Ability to deliver consistent quarterly planning and results based on a roadmap and facilitate the adoption of new technologies, processes, and tools within the organization.
• Proficiency in user experience (UX) and knowledge of user research methodologies.
• A deep passion to learn about the latest trends in digital technology
• Ability to absorb complex, ambiguous requirements and rapidly organize them into structured requirements and user stories prioritized by data and impact
• Ideally, a university degree with a technical or business background, or a combination of relevant education and experience.

At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $167,000 to $280,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
