Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise well-organized manner and effectively run meetings with clients
• Ensuring all financial budget goals are met by using ****/Nexstar advertising products to prospect, develop, maintain and grow your account/revenue base
• Cultivating new relationships and strengthening current relationships with local direct clients while promoting station/company image and perception
• Identifying needs of advertisers and preparing customized sales presentations
• Consulting with sales management on opportunities and specific needs of clients
• Curating new programs to maximize revenue from existing clients with a heavy focus on business development
• Being a results-driven, customer focused, solution oriented, aggressive self-starter
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets
• Manage multiple creative projects throughout their life cycles and provide clients with detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years selling experience, preferably in television and/or digital ***
• Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
• Ability to multi-task & operate with a sense of urgency

The Investigative Producer pitches, researches, shoots, writes, and edits daily and HFR investigative stories and projects for all *** 10/ *** 62/ *** Sports Philadelphia platforms. You must be able to juggle multiple assignments while working on deadline and love jumping in on breaking news. In this role, the Investigative Producerwill work closely with management and an experienced investigative reporter.

• We need a creative thinker who will be responsible for creating multi-platform innovative and compelling content that differentiates our work for our competitors.
• Candidates should have strong writing and storytelling skills, be an exceptional researcher andextremely well organized.
• Candidate should have field producing experience and be a strong interviewer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an investigative producer or reporter.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws impacting operations as they relate to investigations, undercover content, and hidden cameras. Experience partnering with the legal team is a plus.
• Knowledge of *** Law
• Public record laws and experience putting in and monitoring record requests.
• Computer assisted reporting, including Excel, Accurint, Broadcastify, and datamining from social *** and other websites.
• Knowledge how court systems work, including finding court documents and tracking cases.
• Different storytelling and editing techniques for various platforms, including linear, social *** , and streaming

Job Description

Job Purpose:

As an *** 10 | *** 62 employee, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-paced production / operation team that delivers news programming across multiple platforms. You will be supporting our 24/7 broadcast news group and our Engineering and Operations department.

Job Duties:

• Operate camera, sound, lighting and editing equipment to cover live and taped events
• Respond quickly to breaking news while taking direction and interacting with the assignment desk, reporters/anchors, production, control room, and appropriate *** personnel
• Gather compelling video, natural sound, and work with others to make sure it meets deadlines
• At direction of the assignment desk, respond to breaking news obeying all traffic laws
• Be competitive and measured to make sure *** 10/T62 is accurate and first
• Interact with the assignment desk, reporters/anchors, production, control room and acquisition personnel
• Proficient in lighting, videography, non-linear editing with Adobe Suite, microwave truck operations, Live U and Dejero operation
• Maintain equipment and vehicles by doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Attend editorial meetings to gain *** ter understanding of overall process and contribute ideas
• Operate with professionalism and respect and take extra caution when in the public's eye

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years as a video journalist / editor in a fast-paced news environment
• Must have a valid driver's license as well as a clean driving record
• Must adhere Environmental Health & Safety standards and regulations
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds of equipment at a given time
• Must be able to stand for at least 2 hours at a time (in breaking news situations, may need to stand for longer periods of time - up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to operate live transmission equipment including microwave trucks and bonded cellular devices like Live U / Dejero
• Must be able to maneuver small spaces (in/out of vehicles and to be able to take camera shots in tight spaces)
• Must be able to sit for up to 2 hours at a time (i.e. for editing purposes)
• Must be willing to work all days/shifts

Desired Qualifications:

• Compelling storyteller with a knowledge and command of various camera types
• Ability to work creatively both independently and as a member of a team
• Proficient video editing skills under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with multiple camera types including but not limited to: Shoulder mount ENG, Handheld C *** orders, DSLR/Mirrorless, Go Pro Style Action Cam, Drone
• Strong editorial, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
• Knowledge and ability to operate communication tools and stay connected with the assignment constituencies (i.e. use of email software, cell phone, messaging tools, etc)
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

*** Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). **** *** 29 is currently seeking a On-Call Freelance News Photographer to cover general news assignments in a fast-paced news environment using electronic camera & editing equipment, applying techniques appropriate to each story. Excellent photography, lighting, audio, non-linear editing, and computer skills required. Live ENG remote skills and experience preferred, including ENG truck operation, bonded cellular, and field editing. Understanding of different camera/ *** formats preferred. Must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced news environment. Weekends, holidays, & varied hours required. HS diploma required, college degree preferred.
