Job Summary/Description:
**** is looking for a dependable and self-motivated receptionist. This person is our guests first point of contact. As such, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills working to provide a professional, friendly and helpful atmosphere for staff, clients and guests. In addition, the candidate in this role must display a professional appearance, attitude, be dependable and able to perform confidential clerical, administrative, and sales assignments.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly and professional greeting to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
* Check in and check out visitors
* Notify employees of guest arrivals
* Sort and deliver mail/packages
* USPS/FedEx administration
* Perform general clerical and sales duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be personable, enthusiastic and want to work for a good company
* Detail oriented
* Pleasant disposition
* Proficient with computers, copy machines, scanners, telephones
