Job Summary/Description:
The dominant #1 *** affiliate in Quincy, Illinois, has an im *** te opening for a Local Sales Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to our sales team.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide general administrative assistance to the members of the sales team as well as the General Sales Manager.
- Responsible for CO-OP including obtaining necessary scripts, formatting, and uploading electronically before each billing cycle.
- Serve as a backup receptionist by providing lunch/break switc *** ard coverage when needed.
Qualification/Requirements:
- High school graduate.
- Computer skills essential, including Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
