Manufacturing Supervisor (second Shift)

Dielectric LLC is currently seeking a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor to run the second shift. This position will perform a variety of day to day production tasks in addition to supervising a crew of people. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for meeting daily production goals to support the first shift. The successful candidate will have strong people skills as well as the ability to motivate a team to achieve production goals. This is a hands on position that requires someone who is capable of multi-tasking, has a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide support to the first shift. This position will report to the Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise a crew of employees and be able to prioritize work
Complies with and enforces company policies and procedures
Complies with and enforces safety and quality requirements
Read and follow blueprints
Skilled and knowledgeable in different aspects of assembly, welding, machining, and soldering
Make recommendations for product and process improvements
Identify, troubleshoot, and correct problems
Able to produce a quality product in a safe and timely manner
Conducts all regular and safety meetings
Ability to work with a diverse group of people to meet production goals

Required Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required
5+ years working in a similar manufacturing environment
Must be able to follow all safety guidelines
Knowledge and understanding of RF, TV, and FM antenna equipment helpful
Strong product and safety knowledge is a must
Comfortable and proficient with computers and other electronics
Demonstrated organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Must be analytical with strong problem solving abilities

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
Must be able to operate all equipment safely and within the manufacturers specifications
The employee is required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel and crouch frequently

Dielectric LLC is currently seeking a full-time Welder to join our growing and dynamic team. This position will be responsible for joining, fabricating and repairing metal and other materials by applying appropriate welding techniques. The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret drawings in order to produce the highest quality product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform routine welding fabrication and repair tasks under minimal supervision
May be assigned complex or R&D tasks
Maintain welding certification
Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required
2-5 years of welding experience is preferred
Must currently hold welding certification
Must be able to read blueprints and have Weld Symbol Knowledge
Proficient in all four weld processes (TIG copper, Aluminum, MIG Aluminum, TIG Steel)
Must be safety conscious
Strong product knowledge
Demonstrates quality work and understands quality criteria

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, be familiar with reading blueprints, be comfortable with a variety of hand tools, and be safety and quality focus.

Work with production specifications and plant data for product assembly
Able to produce a quality product in a safe and timely manner
Be aware of defects before product completion
Able to multitask
Prepare products for shipping and receiving as directed

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with internal departments and development teams to understand the business needs
Evaluate business processes to ensure that we are using the software to best meet our needs
Develop test plans, conduct testing, execute training and upgrade for different EBS modules
Perform Data analysis to access the current state of manufacturing operations to identify and recommend improvements, verify & validate the resulting requirements, and determine solutions that meet stakeholder needs
Provide support and guidance with errors or when configuration updates are required
Ability to document the process and provide resources for Oracle users
Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, and test critical production issues logged by the users

Required Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with Quotes Representative to ensure proper order conversion
Coordinate and communicate with internal partners (sales, engineering, planning, finance, manufacturing) to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
Communication with sales on post order activity and progress
Communication with customers on project status post sale, and coordinate with tower crews for delivery and installation.
Supporting order and delivery documentation, including freight forwarders and export documents
Manage warranty issues including standby/loaner requests
Process, coordinate, and communicate all order changes and emergency/same day orders
Process Bill into Storage Letters
Consult with legal as necessary on contract and warranty issues
Handle field ser *** requests, including scheduling, reconciling invoices, and processing reports
Direct technical inquiries as necessary
