Job Summary/Description:
This position handles daily administrative functions for the news department. Duties include: scheduling, correspondence, expense tracking and reporting, program logs, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, booking guests, booking travel, reception, oversight of the closing system, digital and social content creation, and general administrative work.

Qualifications/Requirements:
College degree or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of business administrative experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Outstanding organizational and people skills.
