Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of several content licensing accounts, including client services, project scheduling, and sales support for new business initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, interfacing daily with key clients, ensuring the seamless execution of multi-channel programs (on time and within budget), prospecting for additional opportunities with existing clients, and continually thinking of ways to grow the business and increase revenue.

Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of several content licensing accounts, including client services, project scheduling, and sales support for new business initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Client services for accounts in a variety of sectors, including health & wellness, technology, grocery and retail
- Content curation and content strategy (in conjunction with editorial team members)
- Project management of both licensed and custom content components from kick-off through final delivery
- Sales support (content audits and thought-starters)
Preferred skills:
- Self-motivated and strategic thinker
- Creative and eager to collaborate
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiar with project management tools and software
- Experience with content strategy and content marketing
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education:
- BA/BS
Experience:
- 4-5 years
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Strong analytical and communication skills, inherently motivated
- Strong ability to multi-task; able to manage time, deadlines and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; solid team player needed
- Propensity to be both strategic and tactical
- Proficient in leading account management software, including Basecamp, Monday, Airtable, and Trello.
- Strong Excel, Word, Google Docs, Dropbox, and PowerPoint skills
