Job Description

The Maintenance Assistant Manager is to assist the SR Manger and Manager with the planning and coordination of activities for the preventative and day-to-day maintenance. The Assistant Manager will assist to standardize and lead the operations and activities of the Maintenance team by allocating and coordinating a shared pool of labor and non-labor resources to ensure maximum property wide efficiency. This position has the primary responsibility planning, assigning, and reviewing work completed by technicians in a union environment. The responsibilities include daily supervision of the technical services staffs' work product and coordination of multiple activities and resources including supplies, equipment, and resources.

Primary responsibility to represent the Maintenance team as the lead critical response individual. Such responses are generally for the following:
- Responds to emergency related matters
- Fire alarm
- Mechanical malfunctions
- Equipment failures
- Coordinate with partners on operational impacts (safety concerns, areas blocked off, venue shut down)
- Addressing concerns and issues among the trade groups
- Wildlife concerns (bees, rodents, etc..)
- Judgment call on Emergency services from 3rd party vendors.
- Chemical/ HazMat spills
- Parkwide power outages
Supervision of daily operation of USH Technical Services Maintenance team
Management of workflow through the department of both routine and assigned tasks and output of the technicians to ensure completeness and that all quality standards are met
Management of hourly union staff in accurately reporting time via timekeeper system, revising schedules, supervision and approval of workflows, meal penalties, and correcting any issues that may arise
Management of missed punch tracking and reporting as well as issuance of disciplines when necessary
Management of work orders by creating, revising, and completing work orders as necessary
Work closely with internal clients to identify and correct operational issues quickly
Identify and exchange best practices to improve efficiencies across all Universal Parks
Responsible to input Desktop Requisitions into work order system and assure it is processed through to work order closure
Purchase materials for Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance
Revision of payment applications vendor accounts on a monthly basis and provide recommendation for approval or revisions
General work schedule starting early morning (2:00am)

B.S. in Engineering
2-3 years of maintenance planning/or facility management
Ability & willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with short notice
Familiarity of equipment, systems, quality control, and troubleshooting within the area of responsibility (Electrical, HVAC, Water Treatment, Plumbing, Construction, Painting, Landscape, Construction, Maintenance, as well as Facility Life/Safety Systems and equipment)
Experience working with CMMS systems preferred. (Maximo, etc.)

Job Description

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for evaluating and overseeing the development of enterprise products and architectures on which they were built. The Brand Strategy & Consumer Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, execution and analysis of multiplatform marketing campaigns that build brand equity and drive consumer engagement for *** 's scripted shows.

O&T Production Engineering (West Coast)
*** is looking for a talented individual to join the Production Engineering West Coast team as a Senior Engineer, Project Engineering for *** U Operations and Technology (O&T), based on the Universal City *** Lot in Los Angeles, California. This role will primarily provide on-hands design and commissioning support for production systems in the LA location, including video, audio, transmission, and postproduction systems, but will work closely with the project and maintenance teams at all locations.

O&T supports Enterprise Technology, Broadcast, and Production systems across *** U globally.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Production Systems Engineer will lead both project and commissioning efforts, driving systems design and configuration across the business. The core responsibilities include (but are not limited to) vetting vendor solutions, conceptualizing design based on business strategy and playing a leading role as a technology expert within Production Engineering. This role will also research new technologies, *** a test, document and provide training to engineers across all sites on new products and processes, creating procedures and managing infrastructure improvements. The position requires a thorough understanding of 2110 routing systems, broadcast control rooms, studio technologies and systems design. Fearless technical curiosity is a must to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities include:

Commissioning, Design and Technology Leadership
- Be the hands-on technical lead for ongoing technical deployments, migration and consolidation efforts, as well as other long-term, complex technical programs such as cross campus IP routing connectivity and full production control room upgrades.

The International Digital Distribution & Global Content Strategy team is responsible for the digital distribution of this content, through licensing SVOD, TVOD, EST and AVOD rights for all markets outside the US and Canada, as well as for overseeing global content strategy in partnership with the various production company stakeholders.

Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the EVP International Digital Distribution and Global Content Strategy is responsible for supporting all day-to-day activity undertaken by the EVP. This will include administrative duties such as diary management, travel arrangements, and expense reports. The role will also include the preparation of presentations, significant work on Excel, tracking of key departmental initiatives, and any other work required by the EVP. There will also be considerable direct liaison with clients and senior stakeholders as required. The Mechanical Engineer I provides sustaining engineering support for theme park attractions (rides and shows). Duties include recurring downtime investigation, reverse engineering, and other engineering tasks as required to ensure daily operational readiness of attractions.
