The Manager, Social *** is responsible for leading social *** strategies and curating stories to expand *** Theatrical Group's social *** presence in alignment with overall communications and business objectives. This role acts as the lead social producer in covering editorial beats across business, industry and cultural verticals along with managing the distribution of content across all platforms.
The Manager, Social *** thrives in an agile and collaborative environment, is willing to take risks, share innovative ideas, and has a deep passion for the *** brand and live entertainment. Experience with all aspects of social *** and an avid user of diverse social platforms is required for this role.
As a content creator for *** Theatrical Group, you must have a passion for storytelling and be able to craft stories with care through the lens of all communities, identities and cultures.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing multiple brands across multiple platforms with a keen understanding of each social platform, their success metrics, user behaviors and trends.
This role reports to the Sr Manager of Integrated Planning and will assist in the other core functions overseen by the Content Marketing Team: Community Management, Content Marketing, Content Creation, I *** uencer and UGC Activations.
Responsibilities :
Account Management
- Manage day to day operation related to all accounts.
- Review and implement new social product updates into daily account management.
Distribution Strategy & Editorial Planning
- Develop distribution strategies for all content across multiple platforms.
- Oversee the editorial calendar for all productions and platforms.
- Act as lead social producer for content that supports calendar needs.
Social Guidelines
- Manage and regulate the social *** guidelines for all productions.
Emergency Messaging
- Manage all emergency messaging for all productions
Paid Social *** Support
- Build scalable strategies for paid *** efforts across platforms.
Reporting and Analytics
- Build and circulate das *** ard showcasing content performance.
- Build benchmarks for various content forms and platforms.
Basic Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience managing an editorial calendar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts across multiple platforms
- Proven ability to write social copy for all platforms
- Passion for storytelling and all things social ***
- Excellent communication skills, both in internal and consumer facing efforts.
- Working knowledge of social account management tools such as Facebook Business Manager and YouTube Studio.
- Commitment to actively being part of and supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
