How you'll make an impact:

Responsible for all aspects of sports play-by-play game broadcasts including quality control, auditioning audio elements prior to broadcast, playing commercials and promos during breaks, following game format, logging and recording game highlights, communicating with sports newsrooms, supervisor, engineers, and operations as needed.

You will have:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a residential community/ HOA operations leadership role.
Ability to obtain a State of California Community Association Manager professional license within 60 days of hire.
Exhibited software proficiency within a Windows environment, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and web-based applications.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple shifting priorities.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate audio board for live newscasts and productions
Maintain studio audio equipment
Manage audio for live and taped broadcasts, including mic sources and IFBs
Work with technical staff to satisfy production needs for live and pre-recorded programming
Perform facility checks with A2 and Stage Manager for all mic and IFB positions in the studio before daily production begins, including studio setup
Other duties as assigned

**** YOU **** NEED

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
3 years of experience in a TV Studio environment preferred
Excellent communication skills required
Must be a team player who works well with others in a fast-paced dynamic studio environment
Ability to work under pressure
Must be able to work in a control room for at least 2 hours without a break
Proficient in building and executing of effects and shows on the Calrec Sigma, Artemis, and SSL System T consoles
Strong knowledge of audio patch bays, Hydra BSP, signal flow, Enco playout system, and the ability to troubleshoot during live productions
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays
