Job Description

DDM's Talent Partnerships team is a full-ser *** talent procurement department that provides our clients turnkey talent solutions and access to the people and stories that most align with *** 's DNA and those who will add the greatest impact to our partners' campaigns.

DDM is seeking a Manager, Talent Partnerships to work within the our in-house creative agency and content studio team, The Foundry. The Associate Manager will work in a pre-sale ideation and sourcing capacity as well as a post-sale procurement and management role, managing talent-centric programs end to end.

II. Essential Job Functions

Talent Curation and Ideation

• Source talent for native content campaigns that are:
  
  • On brand
  • In budget
  • Culturally relevant

• Collaborate with creative strategists to pitch talent-led campaigns to prospective clients. Pre-sale ideation includes:
  
  • Quickly and efficiently source potential talent options based on program concept, scope and budget
  • Represent the talent team capabilities in client/agency-facing meetings and pitches
  • Work with *** editorial brands to ensure talent options represent editorial brand ethos

Program Management

• Execution of sold campaigns from sale to launch, inclusive of:
  
  • Negotiation and contracting of selected talent
  • Work with legal and finance teams to draft talent contracts and coordinate payments
  • Arrange travel, plan logistics, and coordinate talent riders for shoots where applicable
  • Work closely with photo/video to coordinate talent-led shoots and formal productions
  • Distribute call sheets and photo/video treatment documents to talent, schedule calls to review pre-production details with talent/agents
  • Attend photo/video shoots and manage talent needs on-set (as needed, including remote shoots)
  • Activate I *** uencer campaigns and manage post-campaign evaluation, using measurement tools to track performance metrics
  • Ensure FTC compliance for i *** uencer-led programs and executions

Vision and Strategic Leadership

• Ability to flag potential issues and problem solve with content strategists and sales in pre- and post-sale
• Lead such strategic conversations in a constructive, yet authoritative, manor
• Help identify areas for process improvements

Grow External Relationships & Knowledge

• Strengthen relationships and develop contacts with agencies and management firms, for i *** uencers, celebrities etc. to aid in talent recommendations and facilitate engagement of talent
• Maintain awareness of pop culture personalities and trends in order to contribute creatively in pre- and post- sale conversations with the larger Foundry team

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.

Education:

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience:

4+ years experience in i *** uencer space, casting, production or similar

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Prior experience with talent booking, casting or i *** uencer management
• Relationships with Talent agents preferred
• Understanding of the *** landscape
• Familiarity with FTC and SAG/AFTRA guidelines a plus
• Should be detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects with changing priorities
• Must possess excellent communication, writing, and organization skills

Pay Range
Salary: $62,400 - $82,500

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash *** 's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. As an Associate Director, Integrated Production, Global Tentpole you will...
- Lead and manage all facets of production across global tentpole projects
- In conjunction with the program manager, own and build project timelines and deliverables, acting as the global production point of contact for each global tentpole project
- Provide oversight, direction and support to the internal local production teams for all stages of the content production, from concepting, planning, recording, pre-production, production and post
- Provide direction and manage external third-party production houses, freelancers and external *** when necessary; including oversight of casting, recording, post production, quality check and final delivery of content
- Effectively communicate with, manage and support internal Audible teams, agency teams, vendor partners, production partners to achieve delivery standards and timelines and ensure all necessary steps of the production process are completed for each project
- Resource and support production partners, to ensure best in class production outputs that aligns with Audible's vision
- Keep up to date with Audible guidelines, technical specifications and legal compliances

This Associate Producer will be responsible for creating content to support original videos. The role will require the ability to juggle multiple projects, assist with research, casting/booking efforts, element pulling and working closely with video editors, producers, talent and outside vendors. The Associate Producer must have a thorough communication style, be nimble and have the ability to assist in the effort to produce video at scale and on short notice, and have a passion for the digital video landscape. The base salary for this role is *** ween $64,000 and $66,625 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future .

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire protection/security systems, and associated proprietary electronic monitoring systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as an electrical technician
• Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License
• Must possess strong electronic skills
• Must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting skills for this type of equipment, and demonstrate skills in soldering/desoldering, smoke detector sensitivity measuring equipment, and schematic reading
• Familiarity with NFPA Fire Protection Codes and Standards will be required
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude
• Must have previous experience with fire protection equipment/systems (Siemens/Cerberus/Pyrotronics, or Edwards System Technology EST-1, EST-2, EST-3, and EST-QS)
• Experience in troubleshooting digital and analog circuits to the component level is required

The Casting Department manages the casting responsibilities associated with major film projects of TWDS. The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,300.00-$66,300.00 per year. • Manage heavy phones, calendars, and contact management
• Manage individual and team expenses and coordinate travelwith our internal travel consultants

Qualifications
