ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Singapore, we are looking for an experienced, strategic and highly collaborative leader to manage the integrated production across our global tentpole titles and projects. The Associate Director, Integrated Production, Global Tentpole is a newly established role, responsible for leading and managing all facets of production across global tentpole titles, working closely with Audible's internal global production and studio teams, as well as, external third party production houses and *** . As this is a newly established position and team, you will be setting up the processes, workflows and systems from scratch, as well as working on projects at the same time.

As an Associate Director, Integrated Production, Global Tentpole you will...
- Lead and manage all facets of production across global tentpole projects
- In conjunction with the program manager, own and build project timelines and deliverables, acting as the global production point of contact for each global tentpole project
- Provide oversight, direction and support to the internal local production teams for all stages of the content production, from concepting, planning, recording, pre-production, production and post
- Provide direction and manage external third-party production houses, freelancers and external *** when necessary; including oversight of casting, recording, post production, quality check and final delivery of content
- Effectively communicate with, manage and support internal Audible teams, agency teams, vendor partners, production partners to achieve delivery standards and timelines and ensure all necessary steps of the production process are completed for each project
- Resource and support production partners, to ensure best in class production outputs that aligns with Audible's vision
- Keep up to date with Audible guidelines, technical specifications and legal compliances
- Actively manage and coordinate with global production and content teams on all production details such as localization, QC, legal requirements, rights management, timelines, operational process and project budgets
- Manage and deliver on the assets required for the integrated programs for each global tentpole project - connecting with key stakeholders across the global business, including marketing, product and operations
- Create processes and documentation to deliver to timelines and Audible expectations, as well as developing efficiencies as the projects evolve
- Complete other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Job Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Production has overall responsibility for their client group ensuring proactive partnership, providing insight and support through sensitive topics and themes, and delivery of effective HR strategies for DGE content productions. This role will sit at the intersection of HR, ER, Production/Show Leadership and Production Executives. Reporting into the Director, Production HRBP this Sr. Manager will be asked to think broadly about how to support diverse, inclusive production workplace environments proactively and intentionally. The individual is responsible for helping shape the production employee experience, ensuring that our production populations and production/show leaders are fully supported from an HR perspective throughout the lifecycle of a production.

• Partner with the Studio senior leadership team (Development, Current, Casting and Production Executives) and Show leaders to establish an HR strategic vision needed to support and drive inclusive, safe and respectful workplace environments.
• Enhance the on-set experience by engaging with production leaders/executives at key steps in the lifecycle of the production, inclusive of development, training and performance management. Providing insight on trends.
• Facilitate trainings/on-boarding sessions for writers' rooms, cast/crew (200ppl) and leadership training to Head of Departments on a frequent basis.
• Provide pro-active partnership to productions getting ahead of any issues that may arise such as sensitive topics. Provide continuous partnership and education by providing resources such as: RespectAbility, IllumiNative, GLAAD, Crew Helpline, EAP.
• Understand the theme of the production and bring in support as needed such as intimacy coordinators, accessibility coordinators, and work closely with productions throughout the perspective scenes as needed. Request and read scripts as needed to understand the show *** ter and getting ahead of anything that may arise.
• Develop and drive DEI initiatives in partnership with Show leaders, HR/ER Leadership and with the Corporate DE&I team.
• Provide interpretation of HR policies, practices, and procedures specific to productions.
• Build and maintain relationships with *** internal resources and external resources that will help provide further insight to productions.
• Work with Employee Relations to identify trends, insights and areas of opportunity for improving the production work environment and conduct non-investigatory production environmental scans and post-production exit-interviews.
• Collaborate with Operations team to help with any operational aspects of productions such as: data gathering, start paperwork, background checks, process flows and other operational needs. Strong collaboration with Culture Initiatives team in providing support to productions from a wellbeing and DEI/Culture perspective.
• Facilitate the use of surveys to understand trends across productions both at an individual level and aggregate.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
• Minimum of 7 years professional HR experience with known to work in leading teams and partnering with senior executives.
• Strong understanding of Production environment.
• HR Leader with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must have the ability to navigate topics that fall under the DEI umbrella, compliance, foundational HR topics and be able to educate and provide support to productions.
• Solid ability to train a large population of production crew and principal talent ranging from 150 individuals to 500+ in person and on zoom.
• Ability to travel upto 25% by ground or plane.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $163,200 to $199,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Your New Role

Performs various administrative duties for the Senior *** President, Sr. Labor Relations Counsel and *** President, Labor Relations

Your Role Accountabilities

• Perform clerical duties. Answer phones, schedule high volume meetings for labor executives, create and maintain digital and physical files, submit expense reports, and assist with travel arrangements. Open, review, record, distribute and prioritize mail. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
  

• Assist Director of Labor Relations to administer trust fund payroll and residuals audits. Gather and coordinate data requested by auditors with internal WB payroll and residuals departments and production. Track the status of audits in e-Counsel database. Review and redact information from employment agreements that are outside the scope of audits. Process trust fund invoices.
  

• Complete required Union/Guild forms. Complete signatory applications for unions and guilds to clear each new theatrical motion pictures and tv episode to start principal photography. Draft Letters of Guarantee (based upon templates) for distribution to WGA, DGA, SAG-AFTRA. Facilitate processing of benefit trust fund forms for crew members. Draft Related/Affiliated Entity documents for submission to the Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plans before principal photography.Research and draft Production Designer Screen Credit requests. Draft new hire letters for appropriate unions/guilds and Contract Services Administrative Trust Fund for roster placement.
  

• Track Union/Guild Contractual Deadlines. Track American Federation Musicians scoring deadlines. Track minor waivers sent to Departments of Labor. Track AMPTP information request deadlines. Track Arbitrator selection deadlines.
  

• Manage WGA Reacquisition Process. Draft responses to WGA Notices of Reacquisition. Track WGA reacquisition deadlines for Business Affairs, Legal Affairs and Labor to ensure rights do not lapse.
  

• Submit required Union reports. Submit DGA deal memos for each theatrical motion picture, quarterly earnings reports to DGA/SAG-AFTRA/IATSE, and OPEIU payroll reports.
  

• Maintain various databases to track union information. Maintain Claims Database to track all union claims to discern claim patterns for use in industry negotiations. Generate claims reports from the Database. Update Waiver Database to track waivers that Labor Executives request from Unions.
  

• Distribute labor documents. Distribute WB Labor Relations memos, AMPTP Notices to production executives. Distribute union collective bargaining agreements and Memoranda of Agreements to production clients after negotiations.
  

• Assist with Studio's annual compliance filing with the U.S. Department of Labor. Obtain and organize information from various studio divisions to assist labor executives supervising the filing.
  

• Organize flow of information for labor relations: Coordinate with WB Production Administration to create internal production reports identifying key information such as production personnel and contact information for each theatrical information. Update theatrical motion picture assignments. Update union contact lists. Take notes in pre-production conference calls for each production.
  

• Provide support for arbitrations. Assemble documents to help labor executives and outside counsel prepare for arbitration.
  

• Provide support during industry negotiations. Complete and verify for accuracy Authorization Lists naming different WB entities that AMPTP has authorization to negotiate for. Draft index of Union and Management Proposals to aid labor executives.
  

• Investigate claims involving smaller claim amounts. Research and investigate under labor executive's supervision SAG-AFTRA day player and background performer claims. Review film footage to investigate SAG-AFTRA upgrade claims. Interact with production personnel, casting representatives, payroll and union/guild Business Representatives as required.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous Labor Relations and/or Legal experience preferred

• Previous experience working in a confidential environment preferred
  
• Previous Entertainment Industry experience in television and/or film preferred.
  
• High School diploma required. College degree preferred.

Cast Members could be working at any of our Theme Parks fine dine dining locations at either Carthay Circle or Club 33.

Signature Fine Dining roles, which include Dinner Cook and Demi Chef, are responsible for execution of all menu categories and specific recipes for all menu items including timing, quality, temperature, portion, and presentation. Cooks at key production stations in the preparation of meats, fish, and poultry by braising, baking, roasting, (oven or rotating spit) and high-level skillet/saute work required in a fine dining restaurant. Will also partner with Front of House to ensure Cast training/knowledge of product ensuring a smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of cooking techniques such as braising, baking, roasting (oven or rotating spit) and high level skillet/saute work
• Knowledge of all kitchen equipment, including adjusting thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles
• Ability to inventory product, read menus (BEOs, Restaurant Orders) and estimate food requirements to create a production plan
• Maintains standards and specifications related to food preparation and food handling on a daily basis, understands measurements requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines including temperature requirements and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) while understanding the science in cooking temperatures
• Responsible for checking and maintaining proper temperatures throughout preparation, cooling, holding and serving of food items including adjusting thermostat controls to regulate temperatures
• Observes and tests food being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing with cooking utensil to determine that food is cooked properly, according to specifications.
• Cleans kitchen equipment
• Ability to handle special dietary request and to work with guest requiring special request due to dietary concerns
• May prepare sauces "a la minute" using advanced sauce preparation techniques

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior *** President of Drama Programming and Development will be responsible for contributing to the creative strategy for *** Entertainment. The Senior *** President will supervise the development of new scripted content, from concept to series, as well as oversee all aspects of production for new and returning shows. The Senior *** President will be in charge of the overall creative activities related to the tracking, soliciting, procurement, evaluation, development, and oversight of the Network's shows They will also oversee every aspect of their shows, including taking full current responsibility for the creative decisions made with producers and all internal departments (casting, marketing, scheduling, research, etc.).

What We're Looking For

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in game development, digital art, computer graphics, game design, or related field or equivalent experience

Job Summary:

The Director of Cinematography - Layout plays an integral role in the production team. They are responsible for supervising and delivering all aspects of cinematography, from animatic through the final film output. The Director of Cinematography - Layout will oversee a team of artists working together to capture the impression of the Director's vision through the camera including environment asset creation.
