Job Description
Summary:
The Associate Manager is responsible for working alongside the Universal Products & Experiences' Global Communications team to execute daily external and internal communications activities and programs, as well as some operational team responsibilities. The role dual reports to the two Senior Directors of Global Communications and will coordinate with the team in the development and creation of internal email newsletters and communications, tracking and creating coverage reports, drafting press materials or revising partner press materials, coordinating product mailings, maintaining *** and i *** uencer lists, as well as event production support.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborates with the team to execute daily PR work
- Drafts and/or reviews PR collateral and publicity materials
- Oversees department operational tasks, such as website maintenance, warehouse inventory and vendor management
- Manages *** mailers, product requests, and creation of necessary materials for specific campaigns
- Maintains *** and i *** uencer lists based on campaigns/projects
- Develops daily communications and other ongoing internal newsletters, while managing Campaign Monitor tool
- Monitors press and i *** uencer coverage, creates coverage tracker and clips coverage as needed
- Supports event staffing needs, such as: *** check-in, production help, product deliveries
- Maintains team budget and oversees the processing and tracking of invoices and payments to vendors
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of PR or Communications experience, agency or in-house
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as Keynote
- Knowledge of all basic office equipment required
- Bachelor's degree required in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field

- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary
