As part of the *** Experiences (DX) Global PR team, the I *** uencer Communications Associate, Part-Time role is responsible for identifying and supporting creator engagement , as well as analyzing campaign performance. This role is part of a specialized bi-coastal team that works closely with partners across the segment to elevate stories among key advocates and content creators.
This role is Casual / Temporary (CT) in nature and will average out to no more than 29 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Support back-end creator communication strategies, including 365-engagement, community management and reporting
- Identify i *** uencers for potential engagement opportunities, evaluating authenticity, reputation, content quality, engagement metrics and alignment with *** 's brand
- Stay atop of emerging social *** features/trends and i *** uencer insights for projects and partners
- Support operational functions of the team such a list creations and platform upkeep
- Monitor and evaluate content performance, utilizing campaign management tools to track
- Report on campaign/project results, and leverage data and metrics to provide valuable insights
- Regularly update and categorize creator database with relevant information, including content performance, audience targets and collaboration history
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field
- 1 years of relevant experience in communications/public relations, public affairs and/or i *** uencer marketing
- Highly organized with strong administrative and time management skills.
- Excellent writing and research skills, with an understanding of how to effectively communicate to different audiences
- A creative and analytical mindset with a unique personal and professional perspective
- A team player who loves working collaboratively on projects and isn't afraid to share "blue sky" ideas
- Nimble, organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to detail

The hiring range for this position in California is $39,480-$51,000, per year and in Florida is $36,240.00-$48,540.00 per year based on a 24 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
