OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Counsel for Advertising, Global Sourcing and Enterprise Technology to join the team! Serve as both a transactional and advisory function across broad, cross-functional client groups. This includes multiplatform advertising sales and operations, branded content and integrated marketing, i *** uencer marketing, research and data licensing, anti-piracy and distribution. You will support *** programming services, including *** 's legacy *** business, *** + subscription service, and *** FAST service.
- Structure, draft and negotiate data licensing
- Research services agreements, Enterprise software and Software-as-a-Ser *** licenses
- Research agreements relating to the Purchase and Sale of Advertising across Linear, Digital and Connected TV Platform Ad Sales Operations and Strategy
- Research agreements related to Talent and Social I *** uencer Activations, Intellectual Property licenses, Strategic alliances, Integrated Marketing agreements, and Distribution, and licensing in all *** platform
- Advise and counsel a broad range of client groups on complex business and legal matters, including developing and implementing policies, practices and critical initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- JD from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
- 3 years of relative experience at a large law firm and/or *** company
- Member in good standing of the New York Bar
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- In-depth knowledge of Advertising Technology, Integrated Marketing, I *** uencer Marketing, Research and Data, Software and Technology Services, and Digital ***
- Proven proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Software licensing and development, Ad Sales Operations, Social *** , Data Licensing, Privacy, Copyright, Anti-piracy and other Intellectual Property Laws, DIstribution, or Licensing and Entertainment.
- Excellence in drafting, negotiation, communication, and maintaining organizational systematic efficiency
- Ability to work independently, while multitasking to cover a high volume of deals
