Responsibilities: - Forge strong partnerships with area leads within the *** Streaming creative team to drive cohesive brand strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Production Project Management (PPM) team to establish and refine processes for driving brand work within design frameworks, emphasizing comprehensive 360 collaborations
- Serve as the operational focal point for the utilization and documentation of core brands (P+, SHO, Pluto), becoming an authority on the *** Streaming brand hub, facilitating updates, socialization, and further development
- Act as the primary cross-functional liaison for brand-related queries and developmental needs across *** Streaming departments
- Plan and implement training initiatives and communication structures for brand usage, such as slack channels, documentation, and sharing updates
- Partner with design leads to centralize and organize all core brand elements, ensuring consistency and accessibility
- Participate in and contribute to executive review and planning meetings pertaining to brand work
- Collaborate with the PPM *** President to strategize resource allocation and budget planning for brand-related projects
- Coordinate with Campaign Management to systemize brand requirements within the Airtable hub, optimizing workflow efficiency
- Partner with the PPM VP and Campaign Management to operationalize streamlined team collaboration for overall brand workflow and projects
- Lead overall project management for brand initiatives, collaborating with Campaign Management where needed
- Deliver regular project updates to key partners at various levels
- Guide interdisciplinary creatives through the development and production process by organizing information, collating assets, preparing deliverables lists, prioritizing tasks, scheduling workbacks, and establishing check-ins and deadlines
- Facilitate kickoff calls, team meetings, and creative reviews, providing comprehensive recap notes and outlining subsequent steps for the creative team
- Collaborate with design and video area leads to allocate resources and manage project workflows efficiently
- Ensure accurate routing of creative work for necessary approvals, including creative and legal review processes
Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years' experience in television marketing, preferably within streaming or linear platforms
Additional Qualifications: - Extensive track record in project management for crafting marketing creative assets, partnering with creative and marketing strategy teams
- Strong organizational skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and competence in leading multiple concurrent projects
- Expertise in network rebrand development, execution, and deployment
- Event management experience
- Proficiency in standard productivity software
- General understanding of Adobe Creative Suite components

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $110,400.00 - 145,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
