JOB DESCRIPTION
MarVista Entertainment is seeking an experienced Manager, A/V Deliverables to support its Content Operations team. This role will track all films from pre-production through post-production, and final internal and external delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The person in this role will need to be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and with the ability to manage multiple film projects and deadlines simultaneously to 3rd party clients.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize incoming titles and oversee certain milestones (locked cut, QC, final delivery)
- Work closely with the Content Ops team to ensure availability of final AV assets and documentation
- Manage QC process, understand and resolve issues with post facilities, post supervisors, and producers, also coordinate with schedule B managers for legal documentation, to ensure all materials are ready for 3rd party clients and dubbing by set deadlines
- Manage the dubbing process from quotation to delivery. Liaise with post facility, dubbing studio, and distribution team, ensure projects meet internal and client expectations with respect to quality, budget, and delivery timelines
- Manage and liaise with numerous 3rd party clients worldwide, ensuring adequate and timely delivery
- Review and negotiate 3rd party delivery schedules
- Maintain the organization of documentation trackers and centralize documentation within internal systems
- Work closely with the Distribution department to ensure MarVista can fulfill contractual obligations around material requirements
- Work with internal and external labs to create and track all purchase orders
**** YOU **** NEED
- 3+ years of related experience with high-volume production coordination and servicing of assets to 3rd parties
- Familiarity with film delivery assets; Audio and Visual materials, Marketing and Advertising materials, and documentation/legal materials
- Basic understanding of frame rate, codecs, resolutions, and delivery specs
- Ability to prioritize and apply appropriate resources where needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of the process in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn things thoroughly and quickly
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
- Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Familiar with Premiere Pro, *** Encoder

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $70,000.00-80,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
