JOB DESCRIPTION
MarVista Entertainment is seeking an experienced Manager, A/V Deliverables to support its Content Operations team. This role will track all films from pre-production through post-production, and final internal and external delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The person in this role will need to be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and with the ability to manage multiple film projects and deadlines simultaneously to 3rd party clients.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize incoming titles and oversee certain milestones (locked cut, QC, final delivery)
Work closely with the Content Ops team to ensure availability of final AV assets and documentation
Manage QC process, understand and resolve issues with post facilities, post supervisors, and producers, also coordinate with schedule B managers for legal documentation, to ensure all materials are ready for 3rd party clients and dubbing by set deadlines
Manage the dubbing process from quotation to delivery. Liaise with post facility, dubbing studio, and distribution team, ensure projects meet internal and client expectations with respect to quality, budget, and delivery timelines
Manage and liaise with numerous 3rd party clients worldwide, ensuring adequate and timely delivery
Review and negotiate 3rd party delivery schedules
Maintain the organization of documentation trackers and centralize documentation within internal systems
Work closely with the Distribution department to ensure MarVista can fulfill contractual obligations around material requirements
Work with internal and external labs to create and track all purchase orders

3+ years of related experience with high-volume production coordination and servicing of assets to 3rd parties
Familiarity with film delivery assets; Audio and Visual materials, Marketing and Advertising materials, and documentation/legal materials
Basic understanding of frame rate, codecs, resolutions, and delivery specs
Ability to prioritize and apply appropriate resources where needed
Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of the process in an extremely fast-paced environment
Ability to learn things thoroughly and quickly

Job Description

*** 's Quality & Project Management (QPM) team provides PMO services across large initiatives within Technical Opeartions and Enterprise Engineering. The team is seeking a Program Manager that will be instrumental in managing key relationships while overseeing large-scale technology programs for the Corporate Core and Engineering portfolio. This person will be instrumental in developing processes for a critical subportfolio while also managing a high-profile program. The programs in this area are core to delivering key projects and initiatives to enable *** U's business evolution in a fast-changing *** and Entertainment market.

Create and manage program charters, schedules, resource plans, program budgets, and financial cost/benefit models
Continually collaborate with executives and stakeholders, document requirements/scope and dependencies, and host program kick-offs
Execute multiple programs across the Corporate Business Solutions team and ensure objectives + deliverables are accomplished according to plan
Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly
Provide program-level status updates and reporting to sponsor and stakeholders, and facilitate regular program status meetings (including agendas, presentations, minutes, action items and follow-up)
Build strong partnerships to mobilize program/project team members and i *** uence across a range of leaders, internal teams, and external suppliers
Participate in program intake, facilitate program prioritization discussions, and collect high-level requirements
Follow and contribute to standards, best practices, processes, and documentation for the Program Management team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience in Product Management, Business Administration, Project/Program Management or a related field
Minimum 4 years of end-to-end system implementation Program / Project Management experience through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support
Excellent interpersonal demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing global projects teams with competing priorities, diverse business objectives, and time zones constraints
Ability to collect information from multiple sources, document concepts using data + visualizations, and present complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience within *** and entertainment industry
Experience with Microsoft 365
Experience in IT, Agile Product & App Development environment highly preferred
Experience with JIRA, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Tableau or PowerBI
Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications a plus

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
