DUTIES: *** Magazine *** , Inc. seeks Consultant, COO and Head of Operations for Pattern & Shape in New York, NY to ensure processes, platforms, people, and partnerships are designed to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement solutions to solve business problems and improve marketing and *** impact with audiences, content creation, and commercial clients while defining and developing the best practice frameworks and innovations that drive digital transformation. Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, external clients, product, and technical stakeholders at *** to develop and deploy a product roadmap and lead the building of innovative tools and features for internal stakeholders and our customers. Analyze, determine, and prioritize target customer, end-user, and internal stakeholder needs. Identify, source, and evaluate potential acquisition targets. Compile extensive market research, including conducting and synthesizing expert and customer interviews. Manage and maintain relevant industry information including mergers & acquisitions, news and information about private equity portfolios. Create product development artifacts including docs, decks, user stories, and evolve them through cross-team collaboration, presenting findings to executives. Create accountability by developing a digital transformation roadmap, identifying partners, people, and processes necessary to deliver against the roadmap. Direct engineers to build products, to log actions data/functions for internal stakeholders, and ensure native and impactful user experiences that serve brand relationships. Compile market research. Conducting and synthesizing expert and customer interviews to derive solutions for optimizations, new product lines and features and functions that improve outcomes for business and productivity. Identify, source, and evaluate potential acquisition targets, and develop and validate investment theses for acquisition targets, including strategic, financial, and risk analyses. Build and execute on rapid prototyping with a fail-fast methodology. Formulating hypothesis against research and data collected and testing hypotheses in real world environments to determine best next steps for a specific business or consumer goal. Document, validate and prioritize product specifications for development. Build business cases for initiatives and prioritization with a focus on long term product roadmap. Engage with and present findings at meetings with internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in any field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing data research tools including Crunchbase, Google Trends, and Google Analytics; building white papers and presentations summarizing outcomes, research, conclusions, and approaches; performing field research, creating surveys and focus group plans; directing and managing building of online and app driven products; creating test plans for product performance from hypotheses and synthesizing results; creating focus groups, user testing, surveys, and leading expert interviews; working in Agile environment utilizing technologies including Jira. In the alternative, employer will accept three (3) years of academic study towards a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience to satisfy the education requirement. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Offered salary is *** ween $226,470 and $226,470. 40 hrs/wk.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Associate Producer will work with the Creative Team in writing, producing and editing promos for on-air, digital, and social *** . The ideal candidate should be creative, highly organized with a strong interest in broadcast promotion & marketing and have a strong understanding of digital and social *** marketing. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. In addition, the Associate Producer will support the Director of Creative Services and Producers on various projects and must be a team player and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include: conceptualize, write, produce and edit news and entertainment on-air promos; create engaging social and digital content to share with our millions of followers; explore new and emerging social *** platforms and identify growth opportunities; distribute assets for multi- *** advertising buys; provide vacation relief for Log Coordinator and Producers; assist with production shoots, location scouts, music and video acquisitions and other projects as assigned.

Requirements include: minimum 1-2 years of experience in social *** /digital marketing, television broadcasting, or related field preferred (this can include internships); excellent writing skills; strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment; strong knowledge of social *** platforms; strong knowledge of video editing and a passion for creating compelling marketing content; Bachelor's Degree preferred; must be a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $55,000.00-60,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Your Future is here! We are looking for a Freelance Technical Production Manager to join our *** News family. As the Freelance Technical Production Manager, you will manage relationships *** ween both Production's and Operation's internal group to troubleshoot and address technical workflow challenges and implement timely and effective resolutions. The Technical Production Manager has strong organizational and time management skills, has a broad understanding of all the key components of studio and control room environments, and can make difficult decisions under tight time constraints.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide front-line control room support for all technical personnel and work alongside satellite operations, editorial/production staff and other technical operations groups to solve production related issues
• Coordinate studio crews and control room staff; schedule and handle production requests including the overall production budget
• Handle any and all requests including acquisitions, *** , signal flow, satellites, and graphics processes
• Deliver the highest quality of ser *** and maximum resource utilization
• Plan for both large and small scale remote site projects (i.e. elections, full shows on the road)
• Book crews, hotels, and travel arrangements
• Order/ Rent equipment
• Compile a list of technical gear needed, office space, talent requests, makeup, and anything else that production requires
• Travel to/from remote sites, work on-site, and be the lead person for large and small-scale events
• Work closely with producers and directors in planning programs and managing field, studio, and manpower scheduling to minimize costs to the customer and channel
• Work closely with finance managers in preparation of show or facility budgets and expense reporting
• Provide front-line management of staff, facilities, equipment, and technology for a customer-driven production operations group supporting News, Business, and Weather

**** YOU **** NEED

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Production Manager in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with iNews, AZ Edit, ScheduALL, Remote coordination, and Microsoft Excel
• A broad understanding of all key components of studio and control room environments as well as working in the field on different size remote
• Well versed in the operations of all control rooms and studio functions
• Strong organizational skills, good time management skills, leadership capabilities, ability to make difficult decisions under time constraints, and an exceptional ability to stay calm under intense and constant pressure
• Some travel will be required
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnights
