Job Summary: As the Project Manager, Franchise Management at *** , you will drive key franchise management projects, building partnerships and guiding key stakeholders to align on intellectual property activity.
The role will be accountable for process management, improvement, and optimisation to ensure teams are operating effectively and efficiently, and programs are delivered on time and on budget.
The right candidate will be able to develop strong, collaborative partnerships with filmmakers, creative, strategy, business development, and other key stakeholders internally as well as with external development partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail focused, strategically minded and solution orientated candidate with experience in global brand and franchise management to join a fast-paced team.
This role will require you to work onsite in the Hammersmith office four days a week. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:- Establish timelines and manage projects to meet key milestones, maintaining project tracking and reporting
- Facilitate milestone meetings, employing strategies for effective and strategic meeting management
- Escalate when deliverables are off calendar in a timely manner
- Act as a key contact, manage franchise relationships with partners and liaise with licensees
- Manage sensitive early asset delivery process
- Manage legal/business affairs/trademark/music clearance process for creative design and product design
- Continually evaluate departmental processes to maximise efficiencies in ways of working, leveraging technology
- Build relationships with global partners and ensure timely and transparent communications
- Acts as brand ambassador by providing a broad and deep understanding of *** brands
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required - Experience with Excel, Word, Keynote & PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other asset management software
- Experience of working within consumer products commercialisation and/or retail marketing/PR
- Experience in brand management, franchise and/or marketing within a global consumer products organisation
- Experience of building effective relationships and managing stakeholders within a large, multi-national, matrix organization
Skills Required - Strong understanding of both internal/external, and product go to market
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders using excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation skills, demonstrated ability to craft a story to engage and motivate partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to manage multiple projects across a variety of franchises/brands simultaneously
