Responsibilities:
- Assist team with prep, manage and communicate daily production planning

- Manage the shoot day, crew tracking, crew lunch, wrap
- Oversee collecting and organizing receipts
- Hire and oversee local PAs for the shoot.
- Direct line of communication with HOP who will be working remotely

Hello! We are filming the first episode of our new cooking competition show in New York at the end of June.
We are looking for a production manager that's local to New York, who has worked on cooking competition shows before, and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with lots of crew members.
This range is per week, and based on experience. We use a traditional timecard site, so you will be paid on the Friday following the week of work.

In search of an ATL-based Production Manager for a nonunion Netflix Docuseries
Weekly rate will be discussed upon consideration and based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and communicate daily production planning
- Participate or contribute to staffing, sourcing vendors and locations
- Participate in finding a production office space in ATL for shoot
- Prep is remote until we secure a production office
- Generate and distribute call sheets
- Generate Production Reports, Incident reports, and Accident reports
- Complete the onboarding process for new hires
- Confirm crew submitted timecards by Saturdays
- Oversees and prepares for field needs and logistics
- Manage the shoot day such as making sure the crew arrives on time to the location, the crew is breaking for lunch at their 6th hour, and wrapping at the 12th and half hour.
- Get approval from LP for crew overtime
- Oversee collecting and organizing receipts
- Reconcile own PC
- Review PC envelopes and reconcile Amex statements and send to LP for approval
- Oversee Production Coordinator and Production Assistants
- Draft Purchase Orders and Check requests then send them to LP for approval
- Key team member of a small crew (approx. 15-20 people daily)
- Communicate with producers on achieving their shoot day
- Direct line of communication with LP who will be working remotely
