In search of an ATL-based Production Manager for a nonunion shoot. (Please do not apply if you are not local to Atlanta)

Start: June 5, 2023
Wrap: June 30, 2023 (possibility of extension)
Shoot week: June 19, 2023 (must be available to work on location in Atlanta this week)

Responsibilities:
- Assist team with prep, manage and communicate daily production planning
- Help oversee and prepare field needs and logistics
- Generate and distribute call sheets
- Generate production reports
- Manage the shoot day, crew tracking, crew lunch, wrap
- Oversee collecting and organizing receipts
- Hire and oversee local PAs for the shoot.
- Direct line of communication with HOP who will be working remotely

Estimating 3 2-day shoot blocks before end of production in early July. Prep and wrap day added to each block.

Looking for Field Production Manager to oversee travelling crew of approximately 25 in support of a larger project. Looking for self-sufficient, experienced Manager able to run the day-to-day operations of the field unit with logistical support from a dedicated office team.

Approximate dates from 8/7 to 10/14 with a possible extension to ~11/22

BUILD PRODUCER/PROJECT MANAGER position for a new Series, focusing on restoring and revitalizing older properties in Eastern Upstate NY (Capital/Adirondack Regaion).

Applicants should have experience managing multiple Projects and working with more than one General contractor simultaneously, liaising with Creative and Production Teams to ensure timelines and budgets are kept on track.

It'll be a 2 person team - Myself as the Line Producer (working remotely in Toronto, Canada) and a local Production Manager to be the boots on the ground. It's a 4 episode lifestyle miniseries airing in December so our shooting schedule will be July-September

* Booking and managing local crews (camera operator, audio mixer, gaffer, media manager, production coordinator, production assistants, HMU, and talent)
* Orchestrating the company moves of small crews in between multiple shooting locations per day
* Permitting locations with the local authorities and vendors
* Experience with large volumes of talent
* Having a deep knowledge of Bravo shows, content and talent is a plus.

Hello! We are filming the first episode of our new cooking competition show in New York at the end of June.

We are looking for a production manager that's local to New York, who has worked on cooking competition shows before, and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with lots of crew members.

This range is per week, and based on experience. We use a traditional timecard site, so you will be paid on the Friday following the week of work.

Weekly rate will be discussed upon consideration and based on experience

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, manage, and communicate daily production planning
- Participate or contribute to staffing, sourcing vendors and locations
- Participate in finding a production office space in ATL for shoot
- Prep is remote until we secure a production office
- Generate and distribute call sheets
- Generate Production Reports, Incident reports, and Accident reports
- Complete the onboarding process for new hires
- Confirm crew submitted timecards by Saturdays
- Oversees and prepares for field needs and logistics
- Manage the shoot day such as making sure the crew arrives on time to the location, the crew is breaking for lunch at their 6th hour, and wrapping at the 12th and half hour.
- Get approval from LP for crew overtime
- Oversee collecting and organizing receipts
- Reconcile own PC
- Review PC envelopes and reconcile Amex statements and send to LP for approval
- Oversee Production Coordinator and Production Assistants
- Draft Purchase Orders and Check requests then send them to LP for approval
- Key team member of a small crew (approx. 15-20 people daily)
- Communicate with producers on achieving their shoot day
- Direct line of communication with LP who will be working remotely

- Experience in Reality and Doc style shooting for television is required.
- Strong PM for 8-episode series filming reality and interviews
