How you'll make an impact:
The Senior Manager, Treasury will play a key role in supporting the company's liquidity & risk operations, capital structure, capital markets transactions, and Treasury reporting/forecasting. The position is highly visible requiring an understanding of the business, managing a broad range of external relationships, and effective communication within the finance team.
What you'll do:
Liquidity & Risk Operations
- Monitor and manage company's daily cash position, invest excess cash per company Investment Policy and conduct bank transfers
- Work closely with commercial bank and brokerage relationships to address account controls, account opening/closures, cost saving initiatives, and new cash management tools
- Work with company's insurance broker and carriers on annual D&O, E&O, P&C and other insurance renewals, ongoing risk assessment, and managing claims and audits as they arise
- Conduct periodic FX trading and recommend hedging strategies
Capital Structure
- Track credit metrics including leverage ratio, interest coverage, and free cash flow generation
- Formulate analysis around return of capital and acquisitions/divestitures
- Develop expertise in company debt covenants and track debt, investment, and restricted payment capacity; track bond performance vs peer bond levels
- Create presentations for discussions and address questions and information requests
- Support high-yield debt and/or equity transactions, work with underwriters, external counsel, and ratings agencies to ensure optimal execution
Reporting/Forecasting
- Maintain short term cash forecast, develop understanding of daily and monthly cash flow trends
- Weekly & monthly reporting of Treasury operations & IR metrics
- Implement and audit compliance for all 404c SOX regulations
What you'll need:
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or a related field, MBA a plus
- 10+/- years of experience in corporate Treasury or FP&A/Accounting roles
- General knowledge of corporate finance concepts (NPV, IRR, Cost of Capital)
- Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; highly organized and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Commitment to "internal client" and customer ser *** principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $144,000 to $205,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
