The Executive Producer role involves a combination of detailed day-to-day operations, management of team organization, methodology and construction, as well as consistent delivery of software releases (on-time and at quality). In addition, the EP is responsible for the creation and organization of a live operation service, long-term planning and risk assessment, budgeting and scheduling, strategic prioritization, and achieving alignment across organizational levels. This role directly manages a Production team and works cross-functionally (with some potential management overlap) with Design, UX, Art, Engineering, and Product Management, to set priorities and drive toward great outcomes.
This role may be permanently remote (with some travel) for candidates living in select states within the U.S.
The Daily
- Day-to-day operations running sprints and pods, consistent delivery of software releases (on-time and at quality).
- Strategic prioritization, and achieving alignment across a variety of complex and competing interests; long-term planning and risk assessment, team construction and logistics, methodology and direction.
- Develop and maintain master project schedule, roadmap and budgets.
- Work cross-functionally with PM, Design, UX, Art, Engineering to achieve goals.
- Response plans to ongoing consumer & community feedback, and other live operations issues.
- Management Overhead: Staff 1:1's, content reviews, product reviews, roadmap alignment, goal planning and alignment, executive review.
The Essentials
- 10+ years as a Producer in video game industry with increasing responsibility, including positions of senior leadership.
- Minimum 5+ years in games-as-ser *** with live operations.
- 3+ years experience working on mobile games.
- Experience across all aspects of product lifecycle from concept to live.
- Has demonstrated success (top grossing) in the games-as-ser *** category.
- Has managed large multi-discipline teams (50+) working in a fast-paced environment of regular software releases, direct to consumer.
- Has worked on 1+ key franchises for major publishers, understanding the nuances of working on established global IP with multiple stakeholders.

The Legal Bits...
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $157,503.00 - $292,505.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
