Job Summary/Description:
As a Graphic Design Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that convey our brand/client's message and effectively communicate with our/their target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts, create artwork, and produce a wide range of graphics for various marketing materials and campaigns.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to video, posters, banners, social *** posts, website graphics, and email campaigns.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.
- Use your expertise in color theory, layout design, and other design principles to create high-quality graphics that are visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing.
- Develop and maintain a library of design assets, including images, illustrations, and templates, to streamline the design process and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with other team members, including marketing managers, account executives, and clients, to ensure that the design is aligned with their/our overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, and continually enhance your design skills to deliver cutting-edge designs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and expertise in various design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with team members.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interpret design briefs and convey design ideas.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a library of design assets.
- Experience in creating designs for video and digital platforms, including social *** , websites, and email campaigns.
