Well, let’s get started, shall we? This is a job posting for a local PA in Kalispell, MT. Why am I saying this when it is so clearly listed on the posting? Because you might tell me you don’t live in Kalispell, but you will work on this for the low low cost of one or all of the following: hotel, per diem, airfare, mileage etc etc.

And what will I say to that? BAH HUMBUG! Ebenezer Scrooge McDuck has now rescinded your application, effective immediately. So, I will repeat again: This job posting is for a LOCAL PA in Kalispell, MT. Now, you try! “I am a local or am willing to work as a local in Kalispell, MT. I will not ask you for any of the above items because that would mean that I am not willing to work as a local. If I ask you for one of these things it is because I am a naive sophisticated newborn baby”. Strange way to describe yourself but great! Let’s move on, yes?

This is a travel show with a crew of approximately 20-25 people. We will be outdoors most, if not all, of the time. If you are allergic to sun, rain, clouds, snow (granted, if it snows in May, I am LEAVING) or any other type of weather, this one might not be for you.

PA duties will be your standard, run of the mill tasks. Setup/breakdown crafty, catering, basecamp; runs into town; filling up vehicles with fuel; etc. “Oh psh, that’s EASY”, you say as you roll your eyes at me. Don’t worry, if you feel like this won’t be challenging enough for you, I will promise you that I am absurdly meticulous.

Questions for you to answer:
- Can you drive a cargo van? (This is not necessarily a deal breaker, but it is helpful if you can. Please be honest)
- Do you have your own vehicle? (We would need you to provide your own transportation to/from our crew hotel and you would then drive a production vehicle to set. You will be required to fill out a DMV background check)


Dates: May 2-9 (anticipate working 4-5 of these days)

I am also looking for (2) people for each of the following days. This will be to help with gear and WILL require you to be able to drive a cargo van or box truck. 4/9, 4/19

We are looking for PA's who can work in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidates should be familiar with Downtown Los Angeles, and be comfortable driving vehicles between a mini van and a 15 passenger van in LA traffic. PA's may also be driving executives, and should know the appropriate conduct when interacting with them.

$225/12

PA Assisting the with unloading and setup of equipment, lighting and breakdown under supervision of DP.

One Location setup per day indoors and out

We are looking for an organised individual required who works well in small teams. You will be working closely with an LP on location. There could be some shift work involving nights.

You will need experience of collating releases and permissions for people and locations and happy to pitch in where needed.

You will need to be able to book accommodation, hire cars and assist teams on location. You must have full driving license. Experience of working on blue light programmes would be preferred, but not essential, as would experience working on observational documentaries.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a highlight sizzle; along with additional marketing content.

Applicant should be capable of assisting Camera Ops and managing gear as they film live events, presentations, broll and interviews.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Calling all Waimea area Production Assistants!

Major Network Reality show seeking experienced Office PAs, Field PAs, & Art PAs.

We are looking for hard-working team players with great attitudes and excellent communication skills. Efficiency while maintaining attention to detail is crucial for our show. Candidates should have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Duties include but are not limited to running set errands, making copies, ordering lunches, loading and unloading vehicles, filling coolers, emptying trashcans, and going on shopping runs as needed.

Former Production experience is preferred.

Typical workdays are 12.5 hours, including lunch; however, 12.5 hours is not guaranteed. The hourly rate is $16.90 per hour.

We are looking for an experienced local PA to assist with location filming for a legal documentary of a sensitive nature in Riverhead, NY. We're looking for a pro-active individual to help a shooting Producer/Director with kit assistance, food and helping everything run smoothly.

We are looking for someone available on location from around Monday 29th April - Wednesday 8th May to assist with filming in a courtroom. (Dates subject to change.)

This would be someone experienced with looking after kit, keeping batteries charged and assisting with any ad hoc duties as dictated by the team on the ground. Someone who is familiar working in a small team, and preferably has experience working in documentaries and dealing with contributors.
