The Senior Marketing Manager, Lifestyle Collection - will strategize around Magnolia Journal brand goals and objectives as well as those of our marketing partners. Responsibilities:

Develop client specific concepts and programs to drive revenue in print and/or sponsorship revenue which includes brainstorming with sellers, researching program concepts, writing and designing proposals/presentations and helping Ad Sales pitch when needed
Supports Ad Sales Marketing through ideation program development, RFP fulfillment, etc.
Conceive, develop and articulate new programs, initiatives and *** solutions for the Lifestyle Collection
Participate in strategy sessions to evolve and optimize current offerings and identify new opportunities for our consumers and advertising partners
Spearhead the execution of individual client programs (custom advertorials, Travel Coops etc.) as well as brand added value programs which could include Promotional pages and AdMeasure. The Marketing Sr. Manager will be responsible for creating and adhering to production schedules for projects while producing highest quality work within a deadline-oriented team. Will also be responsible for creating program recaps for clients once execution is complete.
Build compelling brand-specific sales materials and programs that are customized for relevant advertisers and categories
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Design and other Marketing teams
Build and maintain relationships with third-party organizations and vendors to enhance Brand Marketing's arsenal of marketing programs and partnerships
Create brand materials as needed, e.g., brand sell sheets, category presentations, *** kit maintenance, etc. Use insights to help tell the brand story.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, smart, strategic, flexible, organized, creative partner who has:

Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills with a background generating multi-platform, integrated programs
Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in PPT, Keynote, Excel, Word, etc. Knowledge of InDesign and After Effects a plus

Job Summary/Description:

What You Will Do

Responsible for show set design up to the level of a "gated park" including build strategy and implementation of same in the field.
Assist production designers and dimensional designer in coordinating models with drawings, participate in researching applicable materials and construction techniques, and support mock-ups and presentations.
The designer advises and assists staff to build Show Set documents following company standards and guidelines.
Track progress of work and report to upper management.
Supervision of vendor interfaces and work progress in outside shops and job sites will also be required.
Provide technical, managerial, and artistic leadership on projects is critical while also developing and participating in functional department initiatives.
Management of complex negotiations across diverse stakeholder groups is essential to this role.
Lead others on how to execute against deliverables as related to show set design.
Direct and assist staff to create Show Set contract documents and support the Manager regarding resources and staffing. Role includes presenting updates to senior executives and leadership of others more than 50% of the time.
Supervise multiple show set teams during design and installation crews in the field and will be the single point of contact on assignments.
Willing to travel for extended periods of time.

Basic Qualifications/You Will Have

Established career in the fields of Scenic Design with current practice in Film, Theater or Theme Park Industry.
Minimum of 10 years working on related work with *** Imagineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in CAD design and implementation.
The designer should have exceptional skills in the development and communication of show set designs and concepts as well as the ability to assist teams in all stages of a project.
Independent development of work plans, schedule and budgets are required for this role as well as accountability for managing these complex interrelated risks along with quality.

Liaising with the London Talent Team to enrol Twenty Twenty new starters into the buddy scheme
Organising building passes and any additional required passes

The Multi *** Marketing Associate will focus on new business development generating advertising revenue by establishing relationships with new prospects and presenting targeted advertising solutions on both broadcast and digital mediums.

Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Tracks stories from all sources including government agencies, wire services and community groups
Dispatches photographers, reporters and other personnel to cover stories
Coordinates logistics for news personnel
Participates in daily story meetings and supplies a comprehensive list of all possible news stories and works with the News Director to develop plans for all broadcasts
Assists in development, planning and follow-up of all news stories

Requirements and Skills:
