We're looking for someone eager to learn about television/podcast development and production who would be equally excited about handling personal assistant duties for the company's CEO (picking up packages, etc).

Room for growth. There's great access to all parts of the process from idea inception through projects airing.

You'll handle meeting scheduling and overall calendar, draft correspondence, manage contacts, book travel, sit in on meetings, itemize expenses, proof read pitch decks and be adept at general technology issues ie: making sure zooms go smoothly.

Big interest in TV and pop culture is a must. We do a lot of true crime documentaries, so interest in that is a plus.
The above (Dev and Prod) duties will all happen remotely.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Our show is looking for an Production Assistant for an award-winning New York based daily daytime talk show.

This position is for someone with the following credentials:

- At least 6 months – 1 year of production assistant experience.
- On set experience of refilling crafty, prepping and cleaning dressing rooms, receiving and distributing mail/packages, going on runs, taking breakfast/lunch orders, printing and distributing scripts, call sheets, run downs and schedules, etc., and assisting with audience giveaways, etc.
- Office experience but not limited to reconciling receipts and scanning and uploading documents.

The position will support our production management team. As part of production management, we support all departments in the logistics of what each show needs. We are looking for someone who will assist our show with enthusiasm and has a positive, can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, can be organized, have the ability to pivot quickly when required, and does not believe any task is “too small”.

This position is for someone looking to learn, gain experience, and who is always asking what you can do next as soon as your assigned tasks are done.

This position will require the right candidate to be in studio 5 days a week. Call time 3 days a week will be 5:30AM.

Seeking an experienced Set Production Assistant to join our small, dynamic crew for an exciting one-day project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has some experience and eager to contribute to multiple departments, including lighting and camera. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.
