How you'll make an impact:We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to drive operational excellence in our rapidly growing mobile marketing channels (Push, In-App, SMS, etc.). The Mobile Marketing Operations Manager will drive key operational performance metrics. S/he will prioritize and size opportunities by producing regular reporting, communicating actionable insights and conducting root cause analyses. The ideal candidate will partner seamlessly across marketing and technical enablement teams, as well as, external vendors to execute timely and accurate campaigns.
What you'll do: - Act as the critical linchpin to ensure that mobile messaging campaigns are executing as intended.
- Develop reporting for key mobile channel performance metrics such as opt-in rates, latency and contact frequency.
- Synthesize operational performance data into actionable insights.
- Define technical requirements to deliver innovative mobile messaging experiences.
- Author compelling data-driven business cases to win resource and technology investment.
- Actively participate in delivery of new features, builds and processes.
- Evangelize feature enhancements and champion their utilization.
- Manage development queue and backlog.
- Tightly collaborate with internal departments and external partners to continuously improve mobile messaging channel response.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:- Undergraduate degree or equivalent, relevant experience required
- 2+ years of experience innovating and measuring mobile messaging capabilities
- Expertise in in-app, push, text and API-based messaging
- Strong experience in defining technical requirements for new features and reporting
- Comfort with complex data flows for authenticated and unauthenticated recipients
- Ability to multi-task and succeed in a highly-matrixed organization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and project management skills
- Ability to quickly assimilate information to identify barriers and create solutions

At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $90,000 to $122,700 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
