About the Role & Program
We are part of *** 's Marketing Partnerships, Corporate Alliances, and Card Services team, which collaborates to forage innovative and inspirational marketing partnerships worldwide to drive incremental profitability through unique and diverse value streams across the enterprise.
The Customer Relationship Management team crafts and cultivates direct-to-consumer relationships with The Company's most strategic customer segment. We do so by leading *** 's Co-branded credit card business which is both an operating unit and a cross-business unit loyalty program.

What You Will Do
This role is integral to various project activities assisting and supporting the Marketing team. We partner with financial, creative, and operational teams at multiple levels to collect and provide inputs for projects and process improvements. The intern will be responsible for, but not limited to, analyzing the results of digital and offline campaigns, sharing key data and trends, and updating process documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Curiosity with strong analytic skills and the ability to build stories depicting product and user experiences to assist in making strategic decisions
- Strong Excel experience using sophisticated formulas and charts
- Effective and clear interpersonal communication
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create processes
- Independent work style that keeps peers, partners, and leadership updated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Education
- Currently enrolled senior, or graduated within the past six months majoring in marketing, economics, business, data analytics, or a closely related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a *** College Program or *** Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a *** internship or *** College Program
- Able to be fully available for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
- Able to provide own housing and reliable transportation to/from work
