Enough about us! What you'll do as a National Publicity Coordinator:
As the National Publicity Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing full administrative & campaign support to the National Publicity team to help achieve the highest level of publicity and *** coverage around *** Pictures theatrical releases.
Functions will also include:
• Assisting and supporting Snr. National Publicity Manager and National Publicity Manager with the coordination of publicity breaks for each film, including local interviews, syndications, and image/sound/clip requirements as directed
• Cultivating strong working relationships with national *** , talent & i *** uencer agencies to ensure efficient communication and maximum coverage and awareness for *** theatrical releases and events
• Tracking and reporting on editorial coverage for *** theatrical releases and asset launches
• Coordinating and assisting with implementation of national screening programs including targeted word-of-mouth campaigns, reviewer/ *** screenings and I *** uencer/VIP screenings
• Coordinating screening invitations & manage RSVPs through ticketing system
• Managing and maintaining local databases ( *** , grassroots, i *** uencer & celebrity) for PR team
• Campaign Reporting
• Assisting with coordination of local talent tours, *** junkets and events
• Working with Publicity team on individual film strategies and event/PR ideas
• SAP management including purchase orders, goods receipting, and client payment.
• General ad hoc administrative duties as required/directed
What are we looking for in a National Publicity Coordinator? What's important?
• 2 years' experience in PR and/or Coordinator position
• Excellent IT skills - MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
• Ability to work well within a team & under pressure and take direction from different people
• Interpersonal skills - including internal and external clients of varying professional levels
• High level of attention to detail and able to manage co *** icting priorities
• Creative flair and lateral thinking
Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:
• Exposure to working in a *** /entertainment business
• Strong knowledge of local & international i *** uencer landscape
• Experience in using SAP
